You know, I’m delulu to the moon and back and I joke around with my mutuals about what I’d love to see and what not. We whine and scream and cry about our favs to each other. But I would never, in a million years, even think about harassing them in any way. Speaking directly to them, demanding things as if you were entitled to any of it? Are we insane?

Fanservice is such a double edged sword, because fans don’t see it as it is. It’s work. A tool they use to connect with the fans and earn profit off of it. It’s a job, and as cold as it sounds, it’s reality. Fanservice is also a very complicated thing to understand, but to even begin do so, you need to not be sick in the head, you hear me?

No, they don’t call each other sweet things. No, they don’t kiss off camera. No, they are not in a real relationship. (And if they do all those things, it’s none of your goddamn business).

It’s just what it is. Fanservice. And as precious Supanut said here, they are entitled to that choice. Supanut clearly understands what fanservice is, and what it means to the industry he’s part of. And he clearly doesn’t want to have anything to do with it.

Some actors don’t like engaging in it, and that’s the end of it.

Respect that decision.

Go cry and scream about how much you love them with your BL friends. Do therapy. Draw fanart. Read or write fanfiction.

Just stay out of their personal lives, and please stop harassing them.

They are not your personal clown. They are not here to ‘entertain’ you. They are doing their job. If you like it, you stay and receive whatever they want to give you. If you don’t, leave and shut the door behind you 🙌🏾💖

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but when a BL/GL actor/actress improvises something, particularly some romantic/sexual gesture, during filming it doesn't mean that their true repressed feelings for their acting partner are boiling out of control and forcing them to break character. It just means that they're good at their job and that their understanding of the fictional character they are playing is deep enough that they can make acting decisions that fit the narrative and said character.

I know most people understand this but I had the most infuriating conversation with a group of BL fans last night and I honestly believe that not saying stuff like this just makes it so much easier for some people to be invasive with actors' personal lives, to the point that they feel like they have a right to send hate to anyone who interacts with their faves
