The electronic mail has replaced the gradual and dysfunctional method of mail, today. Equally, the entire world is now prepared to grasp this easeful and totally fun way of keeping, moving and discussing the data. This technique has a number of rewards.

A U.S. Department of Labor official disclosed the agencyâs allegations during a Friday court hearing in San Francisco.
âWe found systemic compensation disparities against women pretty much across the entire workforce,â Janette Wipper, a Labor Department regional director, testified, according to a report published by The Guardian.

It happens the same way every time. It starts off with shorter messages, longer silences, then theyâre always busy, then theyâre gone.

âIts a beautiful dayâ someone tells you. You look up at the blinding sky. You can feel yourself melting. Sweat pours off you both. If it stays this hot you might die. âYes,â you echo âA beautiful dayâ
Youâve lived in the south for a few years now. One day without warning it possesses you. The âyâallâ grabs your tongue and doesnât let go. You are one of Them now.
You and your friends go to the beach. You take pictures for Instagram. âI love the beachâ the caption reads. Your eyes are hollow. You do not love the beach. You have no feelings towards the beach.
You attend a Mardi Gras Parade. Everyone reaches their hands to the sky, trying to catch something that will complete them. A man in a hoodie comes out of nowhere and snatches something from right in front of you. You feel anger towards this man. You have no idea he was trying to protect you.
Every year like a bizarre ritual people begin cutting thick boards to fit their windows. There hasnât been a hurricane in years. Why do they do this? No one can remember.
Your neighbor waves. You take notice that his lack of shirt signifies the plague has affected him. Every overweight man over the age of 60 catches this plague which seems to rid men of their ability to put on a shirt. You smile uncomfortably and wave back but say nothing. No one mentions the plague.
âIts not the same since the oil spill.â says your uncle. Youâve scrubbed your kitchen floor until your hands bled but he wonât let your forget that time you dropped a bottle of vegetable oil. âNever again will I let a family member put in a floor for me no matter how little they chargeâ you think. Your brother hollers from where heâs fixing the roof. Better bring him some more water.
You go over a bridge. âLook to see if thereâs any dolphins!â the driver tells you. There are never any dolphins. You look anyway.
It is blackberry season again. You have your secret spot to find them, and your family wades through the brambles to find as many as possible. Thorns tear at your clothes and skin. You donât feel the pain, just taste those sweet, sweet blackberries. Later you will make a pie.
The purpose of a tax cut is to leave more money where it belongs: in the hands of the working men and working women who earned it in the first place.

Publishing digitally is great
As far as the benefits are, concerned, paper and conventional publications have no match with the digitally operating mechanisms. They are simply amazing, and the rate at which it is growing is making them even more promising. Today, we can easily anticipate that the paper-based books are going to die very soon.
Today, all of us, need to send a very loud and a very clear message to Nissan and other large, profitable corporations.
At a time when the middle class of this country is shrinking and too many working people are struggling to make ends meet, when they are worried about the cost of health care, education for their kids and a dignified retirement, I am proud to stand with everyone who is fighting for dignity on the job and the right to join a union at Nissan.
What Nissan workers in Mississippi are doing takes real courage. They are standing up to a powerful multi-billion dollar global corporation and they are doing that in a state government hostile to the needs of working people and unions. They are standing up to a state government for their kids and their families. They are standing up for economic and racial justice. They are standing up for exploited workers all across the country, many of who have lost hope, and who will be looking at Canton to see if working people can take on a powerful global corporation and secure justice. If Mississippi Nissan workers succeed, it will send a powerful message in the south and across this country that working people are prepared to fight for justice and for a fair share of the economic pie.
Let us be very clear: Despite all of the lies and misinformation that have been spread, Nissan has union representation in 42 out of 45 of its plants around the world. It has a union in Japan. It has a union in France. It has a union in England, Australia, and Spain. If it can negotiate with unions all around he world, surely it can negotiate with a union in Canton, Mississippi.
But today, Nissan is doing everything that it can to deny workers in the south the right to join a union and bargain collectively for higher wages, safer working conditions, decent health care and a secure retirement.
They are hiring low-wage temp workers who earn as little as $12 bucks an hour. Well, workers in a modern plant owned by a major corporation should not be earning $12 an hour because people canât make it on $12 an hour.
- They have threatened to fire workers who are pro-union.
- They are forcing workers to watch anti-union videos.
- They have been fined $21,000 for safety violations after a worker at this plant lost three fingers.
- They have even implied that if workers vote to join a union they will shut down this plant.
That is unacceptable, it is against the law and it has got to change!
