Hello friend it seems like you’re lost! If you don’t want to see Clex content while you’re in the superman tag, you should use the tag blocking feature. It’ll hide posts tagged Clex (like this one!) from your feed. Here’s a link to the tumblr page that explains how to use this feature, I hope it helps:

I'm not sure how many words I would need to properly convey this, probably not a lot and I am overthinking this but, uhm.

Kon in the comics is not a person who ever tries to make Clark's life, or anyone's life, hard on purpose. He doesn't mock him on live television, he doesn't even pick on him in private. He doesn't use his relationship to him for leverage when it would benefit him - such as when he was homeless a real estate agent believed Superman was his father and was willing to secure him a deal if Superman signed the paperwork, Kon shut it down and clarified that he wasn't his father.

There have been very brief moments where Kon has joked about using Superman's credit card, but there was no tangible evidence to support this actually happened and it was likely just Kon running his mouth because he is an irreverent yapper who cannot shut up.

Kon also leaves Lex the fuck alone and does not interact with that man unless he absolutely has to.

I know this is more fanfic territory and it is a widespread and popular JOKE at this point, which is fine, but I have interacted with dozens of people who genuinely believed this was their true source material relationship.

It's not and I feel that it is important to remember when you are transforming these works you are understanding how far you are transforming them, and why some people gripe about it so it doesn't come as a shock later. This is even more important when you are tagging your works as DC COMICS and are referencing COMICS.

i think this happens because often, batfam writers focus on (and unintentionally or intentionally inflate) the relative distinctions between robins, forgetting the massive similarities between them. these characters are way more similar than they are different, but that mostly comes out when they're not interacting with each other *taps sign* :

I can’t be the only one who has a hatred for the tag ‘Dick Grayson is Damien Wayne’s parent’.

I can’t explain it, I just can’t read fics where Damien calls Dick ‘baba’ and etc. idk, for me that is exclusively for Bruce.

And yes I do know that tag became a thing for the time Bruce was in the time stream, but I just can’t do it.

I just need my fics where Bruce is Dami’s father.
