This the land of my father, Bearing the descendants of enmity, The patriots of forgotten land, Deluded in thier dignity.

To these preachers of country, Casting hate in my name, Your culture is lacking, This prejudice is vein.

My being may begin in a different land, This kingdom is still what raised me, Our ancestors were of kindred blood, Yet still I’m judged with acrimony.

I fell prey to the fables of division, Never calling this land my home, With no nation left to my name, I believed I was truly alone.

Now I stand with the fathers, Seeking what history they left to find, Our tale was something bitter sweet, For now you are what’s left behind.
