Art Trade for @apocalypsecraftstudios

I am trying out pixel art using sources such as Wplace and the Bitmap tool on Scratch. This is my part of the art trade, using Bitmap. I decided to use Apocalypse's PPG OC "Sweetheart" and tried to draw him in the UNDERTALE/DELTARUNE style. He is supposed to wear a white robe and sandals, just in case people might interpret his shoes wrong.

This is also one of my first attempts at pixel art, which I am very new to. Only constructive criticism is accepted.

I added a pixel art feather or old Bible to the side because I thought of this character as a Darkner (DELTARUNE lore of Darkners is very complex, so I will not be explaining it in this post), and his Light World counterpart could be a white feather, a worn Bible passed down from generations, or even a stuffed toy found in a church, but I think the feather and book are more appropriate due to Sweetheart's lore and appearance. His tail looks like a feather and is made of feathers, while his original lore did seem to involve a priest's old Bible.

lofibeatalls here, and I do wanna know how Sweetheart got created and also why he looks like a powerpuff... or rowdyruff?

Or is it the powerpuffs/rowdyruffs the ones that look a bit like angels? 🤔

• Such a good question: let me answer this with a bit of backstory, lore and everything about it! ^^

- Sweetheart is an Archangel of Six Wings. The last pair of wings can be seen/located in his great caudal feathers at the base of his long, strong and thin tail, something I took from Toothless's caudal fins.

- How he got created? He got basically created by a Church pastor. White flowers, Church candles, Chemical X and an ancient Bible were enough to create him. I will leave a frame from the first chapter named Divine Origins (God's Purpose AU Storytelling):

- Why does Sweetheart look like a RowdyRuff Boy similar to Boomer? Because Boomer himself was an inspiration for his hair design and innocent-looking being. Sweetheart is an Archangel, come on. He's pure, lovely, unable to sin, loyal to God and always fighting HIM (because he thinks HIM is Satan himself). But it makes sense.
