I think this running app is changing me.

I did NOT want to run today. I really wanted to stay in bed.

But my brain kept telling me "No, you have to run today, the little radio guy doesn't know where you are! He’ll be sad if you don’t make it back to the base!”

And I was like "dang it, I can't make the little radio guy sad" and I got up and got dressed and went on a run.
