The MC didn't choose the name because of their sonic scream, even though that's what most people assume.
They chose it because of what a songbird represents.
To the MC, a songbird symbolizes hope. Even after everything they went through, they wanted to become someone who could bring hope to people who had lost it.

Hi! There will be a few darker skin tone options available. That said, Songbird is canonically of Chinese and Korean heritage, so the customization is designed around that. The reasons for their heritage being important to the story will be revealed in later chapters. Thanks for asking.
So Untitled hero hit a roadblock, and honestly, I just wasn't enjoying the story. The problem is that the more I wrote. I felt unfulfilled.
Currently, I have shifted writing After the Fall. This story, I have already gotten to the start of chapter 4. I'll be editing and adding more meat, as I call it, along with a few more choices you all can make.
The characters from Untitiled hero still exist. Some are different. But they exist safely. The setting is still Apollo Gate, with a few tweaks and more fleshed-out elements for me.
