The UAE SWAT challenge is a international competition that takes place annually where special tactical forces and police units gather to test their skills. So what if different mobile task forces of the SCP foundation does the same thing? Of course, the event would not be pubblic by any means to maintain the secrecy of the organization. It would be a thing did out of boredom, to do something a little different for a few days when no breaches or major events occur because I honestly don't see task forces working constantly. Like the real life version of it, this one would consist of five challenges: -Containment protocols: neutralizing dummies with different threat profiles (cognito hazard, usage of the rightfull ammo, etc...); -Site breach simulation: infiltrating a simulated breached site; -Extraction from anomalous zone: vertical stress event where the team has to climb a tower, where each floor contains a different simulated anomalous condition (ex: Sideways gravity); -Recover the researcher: Like the officer rescue from the irl challenge, shooting, breaching, rescuing, and obstacle tasks to rescue a researcher from a room with an active, simulated SCP; -Keter response: full simulation, a keter breach sim. A final, combined challenge. Those are a draft of the challenges, keep that in mind. Because I do have to refine it better. I'll write more about it all And of course, I had to draw the maz hatters gang in this, with their custom uniforms (yes, they are wearing something extremely similar to Claire's vest but it is because Claire's vest pattern is taken from the beta-7 logo). I’d like to add this photo I took last night in Victoria of the statue of Captain Cook. Though I myself am not indigenous, I 100% agree that these murderers, kidnappers and rapists shouldn’t have huge statues and plaques that decorate them and say how “great” they were.

I had seen the first picture of the church, but not the second.
I went to a “Cancel Canada Day” event and burst into tears - not because I was surprised to learn of the unmarked graves (survivors told us they were there. Our government pushed it aside, and we let them), but because seeing all the people gathered in mourning drove it home: They. Were. Children.
This is my country’s legacy - and it’s not history. The last schools closed during my lifetime. My Father went to school with students who lived at the local residential school, after it was changed to a boarding house (read: holding centre) for indigenous youth who went to local schools.
They were all children, injured, abused, and killed in my country’s attempt to erase them. I want the world to see this and hold the state accountable to *active* reconciliation> I mean we could at least truly adopt UNDRIP in action instead of words for god’s sake.

maybe y'all didn't notice but fat people who don't hate ourselves sure did notice that people were obsessed with shitting on fat people in the late 90s and early 2000s (conservative political time) and now are again (fascist political time), coincidentally while the market for weight loss has become a 90 billion dollar industry due to glp1s.
you are not immune to propaganda. it makes some people a whole hell of a lot of money for you to hate fat people and fear becoming (or staying, I think like 70% or something of the US is fat) one of us.
a lot of the fearmongering over fatness comes from studies directly funded by the weight loss industry...i think people don't really realize or think about the fact that research can absolutely be influenced and skewed by its funding. there is also research that shows that an amount of the negative health outcomes for fat people come from anti-fat bias. if you go to the doctor with concerns and the doctor simply tells you to lose weight, your problem is neglected and you may not even bother going to the doctor with the next problem.
every fat person you know for the most part probably has a story like this, of medical neglect. many of the stories i've heard personally are when the complaint or the doctor wasn't related at all, like being told to lose weight at the ear nose and throat doctor or at the dentist. it's straight up just bias. it's such a thing that in the show Shrill it's portrayed, when Aidy Bryant goes to the gynecologist and her doctor suggests she get gastric bypass.
the studies on health and fatness are simply not that black and white and there is basically no research that shows that more than an incredibly tiny minority of people can lose weight and keep it off for more than like 2 years. bodies have set points that they gravitate towards, it's not a personal failure. this also is how the weight loss industry succeeds so well - repeat customers.
some of the harm associated with fatness is also due to weight cycling, which is very hard on your body and is even worse if you get off a GLP1, which according to a recent study causes weight to be regained at a rate that is 4x faster than without taking a GLP1.
you don't have to hate yourself. you don't have to hate other people for their body type either. it makes me so sad to see the thinspo tag going around again in 2026 a lot like it was back in the day.
