Today was the hardest day of my life.

Today I saw a psychiatrist for the first time. At first, It wasn’t planned, but after my first interview with a nurse -followed by some routine tests- they told me to talk immediately with a doctor, because mine was emergency. 

Can you imagine how a person must feel when somebody takes you to a doctor URGENTLY because they have to protect you from yourself?

He talked to me. I cried. 

He gave me two kind of pills: one is for anxiety, one is for depression. 

I don't know how to feel about it, I've always been the kind of person who dislikes medicines. I'm scared, horribly scared. But maybe one day I will thank my old self for taking this decision and not a gun.
