Hiii uhm can you do something relating to a grey kitten/cat (if you won’t bc it isn’t from a specific media or because it’s a cat that’s fine aswell) she’s a comfort headmate so maybe you could do something with pastel or happy stuff uhh thanks in advance ur so cool
we haven't had any direct request for a tutorial on how to make a BAH, but it seemed like a good thing to post! especially cause of how hard it was when we started! so thats what this'll be, just me teaching people how to start their bah!
i'll try and update this whenever i figure out new things so check back if you need to!
most- if not all- BAHs have themes, so pick, really anything, that you enjoy and find a way to theme your BAH off of it!! it can be as simple as our BAH or as complex as some others like community-bah! after you find your theme go on pinterest (or some other image website, doesn't matter) and find a profile and a banner! most of the time you can just search up the theme and "profile" or "banner" behind it to get good results!
after that you'd (probably) want some sort of template for making each pack! we typically use this website for symbols for decoration! i typically put them right before the category name (eg. ⋆˚꩜｡ names). however you can do really whatever youd like with it! after you have the symbol you should figure out what you want to put in each tier (or just each pack). common tier one things are: names, pronouns, likes/dislikes, signoffs and face claims! some more complex things are: headspace rooms, personality, hobbies and triggers! you can always look at other bahs for inspiration on what to put in packs too!
tags are something that bah creators almost always need for discovery (and organising)! some of the easiest tags to get are "bah__" and "baa__"; the tag autofill can recommend a lot of good tags for it!! some bah creators also make their own tags so people can view certain types of posts quicker!! (eg. #⋆˚꩜｡ updates + #⋆˚꩜｡ packs).
queues are also a useful tool once you get enough requests! putting things in your queue will space out your posts for you! this will give your blog a more consistent schedule and does help with discovery a bit! it can be a bit difficult to maintain so i recommend only releasing 1-2 a day depending on how fast you can make them!
there are some posts that you should make RIGHT away. one of these is an intro post! i recommend putting your (blog's) DNI, what you can do for requests (steal a headmates, normal packs, multi packs etc). all of the next ones you can and should link to your main post + pin it!! make a tier list (if you do tiers) that way people know which tier to request! also do a source list, this way people will know what fictives you can and cant do! bolding/italicising/colouring the sources you want to do most is also a good idea!! an inbox and master list is also a good idea, but not as useful!
if you dont have any requests and need something to do to get yourself out there; advertise!! some of the best places to advertise are system spaces! especially on discord. plurple and co is one of the ones i use a lot, which even has its own channel for bah creators! therian territory is also great for it!
finally, some general advice!! turning off anonymous is always okay. wiki fandom is your best friend (/silly). always feel free to deny a request or take a break.

Along with that I'm struggling with requests a little, feel free to send them in; I'll just be doing them based on motivation. Until then I'll mostly be doing templates/steal a headmates/self indulgent bahs.

She’s a sheep themed brainmade, uses she/they pronouns (but is open to more)
She is about 10 years old, and she’s very quiet and shy! She is a religious trauma holder, but we completely understand if you are uncomfortable with any religious themes. She may also be based off the song ‘Die Your Daughter’ by Suzannah Joffe.
She really likes to read, particularly poetry and spooky stories. She also really likes playing the piano!
