I don't condone racism and think we should support refugees. One thing that I am wondering about when reading these conversations is, why *are* the majority of refugees from Afghanistan men? Surely women are in more danger. I find it disturbing that most of the people given the opportunity to flee are men, not women, and would like to know the reason why. Is the reason mysoginy related? I'm asking you because you seem up to date on these events and have the perspective of a non racist. Why are there so many more make refugees than women when the women will be in objectively more danger under Taliban rule?
so, my guess was that it’s because women have less resources and ability to flee. however, another user stated that young men are actually prioritised by aid orgs as some sort of Preventative Action for those men being then recruited into the taliban. here is the post, and here’s her specific addition to it:
if you’re interested in the links u provided, click the link above and it’ll take u there! it was very eye-opening to me. but i do still think that the difference in mobility and resources and power between men & women in afghanistan may play a role as well.
the fact there are all these men out here exclusively reading books by men and watching films directed by men with mostly male casts and listening exclusively to male musicians. often the only time these men watch media centred on women is when they are being fucked and brutalised in pornography. it’s just absolutely insane how many “normal” and “nice” men have no interest in women at all past seeing us as sexual objects
and then they freak out when we want to mostly or exclusively consume content by women
if yall can’t handle cellulite or stretch marks or freckles in weird places or natural hair that grows on the woman’s body then plz just tell me how it feels to be weak ? lmao (:

absolutely love the way leftists talk about women as property to be violated and defiled! no I don’t think there’s a woman-hating problem on the left…….. this is actually a very normal way to talk about half the human population
you can only think women are being discriminatory and bigoted for refusing to have sex with a certain demographic if you believe that her body is a public resource that someone can wrongfully be denied access to - a facility that everybody should be allowed to use at will.
where did all you western anti-work ‘socialists’ come from anyway. you want the ‘to each according to their need’ and forgot the ‘from each according to their ability’. “I do not dream of labour” ok, but you do dream of living well. so what you really want is someone else to labour for you, which makes you indistinguishable from any bourgeois capitalist you claim to despise. the consumerist-oriented ‘fully automated luxury space communism’ bullshit has truly rotted people’s brains. you want all the trappings of excess but you want the brunt of creation of that excess to be on someone else. well congratulations, you already live in an imperialist society. you have that. someone else is already harvesting your vegetables, sewing your clothes, mining the cobalt for your electronics. all you want is more, easier access to those things.
I get it on some level, especially as someone who has worked alienating, minimum wage jobs in which I have absolutely no stake other than the necessity of getting money to pay rent. but it’s not the work. it’s the capitalism. I do not dream of labouring to the benefit of a boss who steals my own time from me, or to pay for the militarism of my government, or even to contribute to a hypothetical pension for a hypothetical retirement. but I do dream, intensely, of labour: labour that won’t kill me, and contributes meaningfully to a society I am proud of; a society not driven by profit for a few, that exists to meet the needs of everyone around me. we do not live in that society. but if we want to make it, labour will exist, and not just menial physical labour but an extraordinary amount of mental and social labour, almost none of which will ever be replaced by automation, and that is not a bad thing.
i was looking at gyno information and it had a list of tips to avoid infection of the outer pubic area like “change razors frequently, don’t use dull razors, shave in the shower or bath, shave in the direction of hair growth” etc etc… there wasnt even a mention of not shaving… hell world
like this isn’t even about feeling bad or embarrassed, this is a medical safety issue. aesthetics being put so far above women’s health that practices going against the current vogue aren’t even mentioned.
Next time someone tells you women are meant to have children blah blah blah have them look up what a placenta is. We are so misinformed about the female body that despite most of us hearing that word before, we don’t really think about its role. The placenta is built by the embryo (not the mother) to essentially hide itself from the mother. Because otherwise she would KILL IT. It’s a foreign body with half of another person’s genetic code. Also we all have heard about the hormone HCG but most of us hear of it in regards to pregnancy tests and not the fact that it forces the mother’s uterus to start secreting a protein to feed the embryo. With every pregnancy, the fetus and mother are in competition. The fetus wants to grow and the mother tries to protect herself and not DIE. we are capable of pregnancy, we have the organs necessary to birth new life. This does NOT mean our organs are for anyone but ourselves. Every part of you is there FOR YOU. Regardless of what anyone might say. Don’t be ashamed of not wanting children. Don’t feel like a broken woman for not being able to have children. Don’t let anyone tell you your sexuality is wrong because it doesn’t result in offsprings.
The female vagina has an acidic pH high enough to bleach black underwear. Know why?
To kill sperm cells.
Then, 1 in 10 pregnancies end in “spontaneous abortion” before the first twelve weeks — in other words, a woman could confuse a miscarriage for an abnormally heavy period, and never be the wiser. Why?
Because the female body is actively hostile to impregnation and will attempt to flush the zygote for even the slightest genetic issue.
Only the hardiest survive… and even then, male zygotes and fetuses are less likely to do so.
Women can give birth, and we have evolved the capacity to do so. But we’re not meant to only give birth, and the human body knows it
The placenta is the product of a virus. It literally started as a parasitic estructure. We ended up using it to our advantage and thus became the mammals we are today.
The co-option of endogenous retroviruses (ERVs) is increasingly recognized as a recurrent theme in placental biology, which has far-reaching
"The co-option of endogenous retroviruses (ERVs) is increasingly recognized as a recurrent theme in placental biology, which has far-reaching implications for our understanding of mammalian evolution and reproductive health. Most research in this area has focused on ERV-derived proteins, which have been repeatedly co-opted to promote cell-cell fusion and immune modulation in the placenta. ERVs also harbor regulatory sequences that can potentially control placental gene expression, but there has been limited evidence to support this role. In a recent study, Dunn-Fletcher and colleagues discover a striking example of an ERV-derived enhancer element that has been co-opted to regulate a gene important for human pregnancy. Using genomic and experimental approaches, they firmly establish that a primate-specific ERV functions as a placenta-specific enhancer for corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), a hormone linked to the control of birth timing in humans. Their findings implicate an extensive yet understudied role for retroviruses in shaping the evolution of placental gene regulatory networks."
For most of human history, before males decided that women were just cattle, it was absolutely culturally and evolutionarily advantageous for women to have as few children as possible. the female body remembers this.
Any reasonable person knows that it isn’t fucking normal to strangle your girlfriend or wife in bed but thanks to the porn industry, collapse of sexual morality labeled as “liberation” and accusations of “kink-shaming” this is now an epidemic.
is there a source to these stats?
Yes, the source appears to be from https://wecantconsenttothis.uk/aboutus as cited on the right hand side of the screenshot.
The 38% statistic is cited here as from a BBC article. All checks out.

B.b.b.uu.ttttt twans wamen are the more oppressed of all, cis privilege, am I right ????😭....
Without enough gynaecologist, women will die of undiagnosed cancer and other disease. We will suffer even more, for longer, because no doctor will be able to diagnose us correctly and treat us accordingly. Pregnant women will also not be able to go to the hospital quickly enough, resulting in both maternal and fetal death. Access to contraception and reproductive health in general will be much more difficult if not impossible. In other news, the female sex, women, are still oppressed and males have absolutely no right to come crying and claim that they have it worse. they don't.
