“Al- Alexander?” Magnus knew his eyes were wide and his jaw was probably on the floor, but he couldn’t stop himself. Alec was in Pandemonium.
And he looked absolutely amazing.
“Not that it isn’t great to see you,” Magnus said, coughing as he tried to regain some poise and together-ness. “But why are you in Pandemonium? This isn’t exactly your ‘scene,’ is it?”
Hearing a familiar male voice behind him, Alec quickly turned from where he’d been sat with Jace, Izzy, and Hope.
He swallowed quickly, feeling his sibling’s and Hope’s gaze burning his back. “Izzy -- my.. my sister -- she uh, we’re on a mission. We were on a mission. They dragged me here after.” Alec muttered, frowning at himself before finally allowing his gaze to settle on the warlock’s eyes. “It’s.. good to see you, too.” he said politely, clearly not realising how much he actually meant those words. Magnus looked.. interesting. He always seemed to look interesting. With his colourful clothes and makeup, his dark hair, his eyes that all but invited you in. “You look nice.”
It was out before he had the chance to stop himself and his eyes quickly flitted away from Magnus’, instead drifting around the different faces in the man’s club. “You uh-- is it always this crowded?”
