i am so excited to be home Thursday!! i have missed home so much!!!!!! i will definitely miss this place,,London has been amazingly beautiful! I will cherish it more and more while im away. i cant wait to be in my own bed...shower in my on shower eat AMERICAN food! lol watch all the tv i want..spend time wiht my family ..party with my friends and tell everyone allllll about what i've been up to!

.......until he gave us a paper thats due our LAST week we're here. Its such a mess..people are going on last minute trips..me and tasha leave a day earlier than everyone else and we just cant find the energy to do a 30 page group paper on the freedom of speech of diff countries...my focus is ICELAND... and everyone is scrambling to go and do as much as possible before we leave. I really despise him for doing this to us :(

Last night I was talking with a girl who is from California but living in the south of France right now and she told me that taking someone to Mc Donald's..KFC..of Burger King is a legitimate date. The reason why they say is because they have to go up and order, be seated and wait for the food...which takes forever. I could NOT believe that. I thought that was the funniest thing! I could not imagine going to a KFC and having to wait to be seated! haha

AMSTERDAM IN FOUR DAYS!!!!!
sadly, its my last trip while im over here =( BUT I have no doubts that i wont be visting all these places again in the future! im really excited about this trip because im traveling with my good friends Meghan and Ryan who are alot of fun and I've never traveled with them before. Not to say the people ive traveled with before arent fun and great to travel with but im glad im switching it up a bit for my last trip. i heard its beeauutiful there so i will be taking lots of pics!
Went to Abbey Road today to take that cliche picture the Beatles did..not a fan or anything but i mean im in London, i had to go! it didnt work out as well as theirs seeing as we had traffic! it was fun though and I even found our attempts on the Abbey Road Studios website where they have a camera recording live. they only save archives for up to 24 hrs so i had to hurry home and capture a pic!

A London Thanksgiving
Even in a country that doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving I ended up having a great one! At first I wasn't looking forward to the "potluck" thanksgiving my classmates and I were planning. The day of things were really coming together..our flat smelled like home. the aroma of everyones cooking was getting everyone excited. so we all got dressed up and headed to the lounge around 3 to bring our dishes in. Of course the Karen in me was fixing everything up and setting the food out. My teacher came in with the turkey and ham and things were beginning to look alot like thanksgiving. At one point we went around and said what we were all thankful for and our professor was in tears..it was really nice. We had all become this family and it showed that day. It turned out to be such a nice Thanksgiving away from home. I was very thankful for that! And to continue the American shopping tradition I still went Black Friday Shopping! haha

Typical Saturday in London
went to the Harrods Christmas Parade and they made it snow!!! fake snow of course, it was 52 degrees out lol and now im on my way to see fireworks in celebrating of Guy Fawkes Day...the guy who plotted to kill the King and was unsuccessful. SO every Nov 5 all over Britain people light bonfires and there are ALOT of fireworks shows are planned .kinda like their Fourth of July to me
Last week at The Globe
its been an amazing experience taking classes at The Globe and im so excited for our final scene tomorrow! Not sure if we'll actually get to be on the stage for the final scene because of the work being done but no worries..its still an honor! and i get to jazz up my acting resume yayyy!!
Its official..next semester will be a sick joke
I just registered for classes back at Millikin after the most difficult time everrr. i had so many problems mainly because before i left for London i decided to double major in Theatre and Communications instead of minoring in communications so now playing catch up in the Comm department. sooo that also means i have zero acting classes next semester and i'll be in freshman and sophomore level classes :'( only good thing is i have a radio class that i'll be looking forward to & i'll have a radio show again next semester =) other than that is boring ole basic core classes for meee =/
ANND even through all the madness of registering I have more credits than the average junior should have in order to graduate sooo i will be outta there on time =)
May 17, 2013 is my graduation date wooop whoop!
