Yes a second one! Sorry mom and dad! I did my first tattoo while I was going through a really tough time a year ago and now I'm living something really hard too at the moment. Except now I've been officially diagnosed with a major depression. I'm not ashamed to share this with you because it is simply another challenge I have to face. Ok, so, I know there’s this huge thing about Lana being whitewashed, but in the end, if this does turn into a television or movie franchise, Lana will be played by the best actress. I think we all can agree that we would prefer a good actress who wasn’t Native American, than a crap actress who was Native American.

It’s very difficult to hire actors and actresses that look exactly how the book describes them. After all, it would be an adaptation, so things can be changed.

Lana doesn’t make a big deal out of the fact she is Native American. Edilio on the other hand makes a huge deal out of the fact that he is Honduran, so of course the actor would have to look like that.

Lets not make a big deal out of this until its actually been announced that they’re making it into a movie/ television series.
