dennis sitting in robby's kitchen in the morning on a stool by an island, in boxers and robby's unzipped hoody so his top surgery scars are visible on his chest, his curls in disarray, morning sun catching on them and turning them gold, one foot propped on the seat and the other dangling, barely touching the floor, his chin placed on his knee, he hugs that leg around, coffee in hand, and the other holds the phone. he's scrolling through his feed, taking a sip from time to time, and doesn't notice robby's figure in the archway.

and robby is... mesmerised. he's never seen someone so beautiful and wonders why dennis's portraits don't hang in every gallery and his face isn't carved into the ceiling of sistine chapel. but another, greedy and possessive, part is gloating. it means that dennis is his, fully his, and no one will ever see him like this but robby.

I love that Rocky is a bland beige rock with too many limbs and no face! I love that he's so unmarketable and goes against the rules of character design principles!! Yet he is SO beloved!!! he sparks joy in millions!!!! someone sent me an anon ask about rocky meeting eva and i tried to post it not once but twice and tumblr ate it both times so now im just regular posting it here

i think ryland would grow to understand stratt’s choice with time, and even thank her logic of it because it led to his meeting of rocky, but i dont think he’d ever really forgive her for what she did to him

(Ryland had to prep rocky before they touched down to meet Stratt so he wouldnt charge her at first sight)

honestly funny to me that project hail mary stars Ryan Gosling bcos like imagine being an alien and the first human you meet is Ryan Gosling. im imagining Rocky trying to figure out how physical attractiveness works for humans (u know out of scientific curiosity) and while trying to get a fix on it being like 'Grace considered attractive??' and Grace is like nooo not really I'm pretty regular.

& then later in the event of making contact w other humans Rocky being like 'so that was a fucking lie'
