Haha seriously tho I love the salt this image brings. People wanna pretend they are lions so just let them get food poisoning (and maybe worse/death), I'll be laughing at home. At least they're giving doctors jobs. Not to mention how crap a lot of meat quality is (thanks to human population growing with more demand for the luxury of meat and no regard for quality or even wellness of the animals) unless you know exactly where you're getting it from.

I would really like to point out that each design has a context. Without the context they are going to look weird. Grey cat on top is from Secret of Nihm. It’s in the view of a mouse so of course it’s going to look terrifying. Cat with match NATURALLY LOOKS LIKE RODENT WHICH IS WHY HE FAKES AS ONE. I could really go on but I’m too tired for that.

Short rant is: Don Bluth created characters to look a certain way for a reason and story telling. Fine if you don’t like them but at least he didn’t do same face/characters. They are all recognisable.

Internet Archive has playable LCD games ⊟

What an amazing development. The Internet Archive, in the process of preserving as many video games as possible, has just revealed a collection of LCD handheld and tabletop games, emulated from the original circuit boards and featuring scanned background art, playable directly in browser. I just played Galaxian to compare it to my childhood Coleco tabletop arcade machine, and yep, it’s good.

The emulation, I mean. The game is an LCD version of Galaxian.
