Is regularly featured in current Batman runs, has appeared in past Nightwing runs, and continues to be mentioned/included in other runs
Has appeared in 9 animated shows (2 of them cameos,) 1 live action show, 8 animated movies, 14 video games, 5 Lego projects
Has never been killed in main continuity (presumed dead/fake outs don't count) and a majority of his alternate universe deaths are in universes where a large chunk of heroes/vigilantes were also killed
Gets good/decent characterization that doesn't compromise them to prop another character up for a majority of their appearances
Has managed to be shoved in every single comment section as the greatest hero, used in said comment sections to completely disregard the character mentioned in the post, is posed to be better than everyone else by completely disregarding other characters' abilities and training to make him look better
Has had their problematic actions and statements either ignored or rationalized/justified while refusing to do the same with other characters so it can be used as angst porn
Constantly pushed as the best Robin by writers
Then they aren't hated by DC, they're not being neglected, they have more than a handful of fans, they don't get the short end of the stick just because they were killed in an alternate universe.
