I love her concept art so much

I disagree with a lot of what is said on here about Britta Curl and how she's 'a scapegoat' or how people only hate her for her political views. I think why Brita curl is such a hot button issue is because of how publicly she advertises her views. I don't disagree that she's definitely not the only transphobe in the PWHL but she uses the platform that is the PWHL and the recognition she gets from it to promote transphobia openly and shamelessly.

Furthermore- she is the most suspended player in the league, her 'playstyle' makes hockey unsafe for everyone around her, she's landed so many illegal hits to the head, even if it was the most politically correct player out there, i would still think they should be expelled from the league after a certain amount of chances was given to them to stop being a danger to others.

And god forbid people be glad she's gone, even if she is just a symptom of an at wide toxic hockey culture, there should be consequences for her words and her actions beyond generalized pubic disapproval, but it sure as hell is a good place to start.

I’ve been following this story kind of closely and am glad to share an update: the Dodgers ownership (Mark Walter) has financially divested from private prison company GEO group. And thank you to LA TACO for making this story more widespread too especially during the ICE raids in LA.

ETA: he is also the guy the PWHL Walter cup is named after cause of his investment into the PWHL/ownership of the PWHL oh my god i need to go back to school
