Jonathan Podcaster Sims, telling his parents about the new horror series he's writing: I might need you to voice some characters, if you've got the time. Mom, could you voice the previous head archivist? she dies violently. shot three times. yeah. and dad, could you voice the mysterious librarian? he dies violently too. brutal pipe murder. he's beaten to death brutally. with a pipe. right after talking to the protagonist, Jonathan Sims. I named the main character after myself. his parents are dead, by the way. they died violently. I voice the protagonist of course. I go in to work every day and play Jonathan Sims, the guy with dead parents. and I'm asking you, my parents, to voice two characters who are dead. if that's alright with you.

the guy you swore to be a shadow to in order to ensure he isn't a part of his family's schemes that killed both him and your house is demanding why you care what he does with whats left of his life, and an answer you spat at him two weeks ago is no longer immediate, and you are decidedly not one of those two people who care about him in the world but you follow him anyway and you know his magic by sound alone and when he sees his father, his killer, the man you allegedly only care about the boy for access to, you hold him and drag him away and rub his back and when you get to the safe house he's on the edge of a second death and you need a drink but that fucking fairy is still not back and he almost got you both killed trying to get to her and maybe also you don't want to see another part of the orchard rot in the shadows and you have a stone with your sisters soul in it that the most practiced arcanist you know can't help with but oh the guy who is shaking and dripping a weird fucking liquid maybe can and now the fairy is back but bigger and with two bodies you know without a doubt were killed by what is left of your father except not anymore because his sword is handed to you and the pixie put it down so your father has his honour in death and everyone is pointing to your shadow saying it's the fucking guy who ruined your life but that can't be true except you know exactly what did it as soon as the druid looks at you with accusatory but laughing eyes and now you travel to your destroyed home with a guy whose name you barely know, a fucking mask, a pixie that keeps talking to your shadow instead of you, the elf warrior and the guy you certainly don't care about. every day sir julien davinos wakes up

Hal and Thaisha genuinely make me crazy. They love each other so deeply - as friends, as co-parents, as romantic partners. But he respects that she isn't made to stay, and she understands that he isn't made to leave. And they'll always love and depend on and want each other, but it just isn't the time. However, if any of you are in the position to help, please consider contributing to this fundraiser to remove my best friend/girlfriend, the most important person in my life, Emily ( @azirawaffle ), from her abusive household.

Her 'guardians' are doing everything in their power to prevent her from leaving, and if they are allowed any choice in the matter, she will never escape. They are making independence impossible by withholding money that is hers and sabotaging her every attempt to start her own life. Every day she is dealing with severe bullying and hate-fueled harassment in her own home. One of these individuals is a truly dangerous and unstable man, and I worry for her safety as his mental health continues to decline.

I would solve this issue myself regardless of the cost, but the reality is that I am disabled and jobless, and there is an Ocean between her and I. I feel helpless and terrified for the person I love more than anything. I will be doing everything in my power to get her out, but my help alone will not be enough.

Again, only contribute if you can do so comfortably, but in the case that you do, I am so incredibly grateful.
