His name is 🐝✨Aristaeus✨🐝 and he had 4 consecutive panic attacks when his bees died and went to cry to his mom. This man went to Thrace to let unlce Dionysus initiate him into his cult. This man's little idiot son got eaten by his own dogs. He makes cheese and honey and olive and will not rest until everyone knows the joys of little treats. His possible birth was an important argument for Apollo to marry his mom. He got to sit on Gaia's lap as a baby.

Momus, son of Nyx (night) and twin of Oizys (misery), is the personification of satire and mockery. The Cypria says he stirred up the Trojan War for shits and giggles.

When asked to judge a few gods' creations, a man, a house, and a bull, he was like "yeahhh so the man sucks because you cannot see his heart and so judge his thoughts, the house sucks because it doesn't have wheels, like, what if your neighbour is really terrible, and the bull sucks because when it charges it cannot see ahead, there should be eyes in its horns."

To say that not even Momus could criticise something was to say that the thing in question was perfect.

He pissed off the gods so much they expelled him from Mt Olympus.

And they're not some rare exception to the rule, either!!!

About 25% of black swan couples consist of two swans of the same sex (typically, two males).

These couples will court each other, build a nest, and raise their young together in a more-or-less committed monogamous relationship.

In fact, these same-sex couples have a high success rate of 80% when raising their young to adulthood, as opposed to the 30% of their heterosexual counterparts! Two big buff papa swans are better than one when it comes to stomping on invaders of nesting territory.

"But," I hear you say, "where do their baby floofballs come from? Does mpreg exist among black swans?"

Alas, no, but there is a very elegant solution to this. The swan couple may simply temporarily associate themselves with a female swan.

Afterwards, the female swan deposits their eggs and swims off free to live her single girlie life if she wishes (or, find a boyfriend. Preferably one who isn't already committed to another boyfriend.)

So whenever someone commits the naturalistic fallacy "homosexuality bad because unnatural >:(" I like to point out not only their glaring illogicality, but also, respectfully, there is homosexuality happening in the local lake right now.

I think a lot of the problems with homosexuality is the deviant behavior of some of the people preaching the loudest about it, NOT the act of being attracted to one of the same sex. When you're whipping your cock out in front of actual children and deep throating a strap on in front of children, yeah. People may take issue with you and your message! There will always be people that think its gross. You need to deal with that. You probably live in a country that doesn't behead you, or throw you off a building, or string you up on cranes, or forcibly sodomize you before murdering you. Being called a slur really isn't a concern, is it?

Where do I even start

I made a post about cute fluffy gay swans and... gah. Look at this.

I can assure you that every group will have the odd individual. However to say that this characterises a whole group of people is both short-sighted, and foolish. I can promise you that you are strawmanning the hell out of this --- queer people are not exposing themselves and performing sexual acts in front of children.

And yes. Where I live (a fair democracy) the law will treat you with the same punishment for doing these things regardless of your orientation.

And yes, where I live, queer people don't get beheaded, thrown off buildings, or otherwise punished in inhumane ways for loving who they love. The way you say this, it's almost like: "but you see, subhuman creatures, you should be grateful we aren't doing this. Others have it worse. Therefore, when I call you a slur, be grateful I'm not bashing you instead."

I'll let my own followers come to their own conclusions on what kind of person this makes you, to see a positive, uplifting post about two papa swans and their fluffy cygnets and go "HAH SEE HOW IMMORAL THESE GAYS ARE CALLING THEM SLURS IS OKAY. IT'S A YOU PROBLEM IF YOU THINK OUR BIGOTRY IS UNWARRANTED."

You know, this is oddly appropriate considering the silly amount of times in the FFtMg episodes script, the artistic direction for Hermes is like "pouts like very soggy wet cat" or "hisses like pissed soggy wet cat" or "perches on Crocus' lap like very dignified cat" or "lounges in the sunlight, stretching like a very content cat" or "melts into puddle like very very content cat."
