Uuuuugh struggling to decide if we wanna manifest Tourette's Syndrome first or Manifest our Desired Ethnicity first (Egyptian + General East Asian). Tourette's Syndrome seems like it would be easier somehow cause Ethnicity involves like, actuaslly changing your DNA, but al;so you could consider Manifesting Tourettes as doing the same thing...... urgrgrgrgrggr
