Im Arthur Haze-Fleck. I am a 40-year-old aspiring comedian who enjoys bowling, people watching and travelling. I work as a professional party clown. I like to think i am brave and inspiring, but i know i can also be very selfish and a bit sadistic. I am an American, and i define myself as bisexual. I finished school but then left academia. Physically, I am in ok shape. I am tall with pale skin, brown hair and green eyes. They say i have an unusually long nose (i don’t realy see it). I found out i was adopted at a young age, and grew up in a working class neighbourhood. In an apartment block. My adoptive mother sat by as her boyfriend beat me, even going as far as tying me up to a hot radiator. I have been through a lot of awful crap, but i do believe i was put on earth to bring joy and laughter. I am currently single, and ive never had a significant other, and dont really think i will ever. Anyone can leave anyone, be it for their own circumstances or other. This is a fact I’ve learned harshly on my one. I don’t make friends easy, people often leave. My work is my life, and it would take someone really special to captivate me. He took a few drags before saying. “It might be a bit much, but i was wondering if i could stay here. With you. In return i could help with the upkeep of the estate. I just need someplace to be........ for now.”

Avis was relaxing at home with Ebenezer when the butler came into the drawing room and announced; “Mr and Mrs. Scrooge, someone called Arthur Haze Fleck is here, who claims he is a relative of Avis. Shall i invite him in?” Avis became excitable. She stood then, a wide smile on her face. “Its been aged since I’ve seen my brother Artie...... he went to New York to find work on Coney Island to be a circus clown! That was almost 10 years ago. Im glad he is finally home. (Butler’s name), please do let him in!”

Arthur felt a bit out of place. The large chandelier in the foyer, the velvet carpets, gold and silver, art and marble sculptures... Arthur brushed his hair back and laughed quietly to his self. He was used to seedy looking places, old motels; its all he could manage in America. But things were different here. He was glad to be back. Arthur put on a big grin. “He-hello, Ebenezer, im Arthur.” He greets, shaking Mr. Scrooge’s hand. “Really really nice place this is.” Arthur compliments.
