what is somber and dusks lore?

Hey sorry for the late response to this, it took me a bit to compile their lore since I’ve never written it down anywhere ha.

Anyway, starting with Dusk, my oldest WoF OC. He’s a tired and slightly grumpy sandwing/nightwing hybrid who is a bit of a loner due to never fitting in with either sandwing or nightwing society. His true joy in life is delving in old sandwing temples and tombs lost to time in the desert, hoping to find connection in his ancestry. Because of this borderline obsession, he has amassed quite the collection of ancient loot. He likes to believe he’s an archaeologist.

Moving onto Somber, the icewing. Somber is more of a tender soul. When he hatched from his egg, he was immediately overwhelmed by the outside world, causing him to burst into tears (his parents interpreted this as sadness, hence his name). He is an intellect, much to his family’s disappointment, choosing solitude in the archives or observatories rather than take part in icewing politics and rankings. He finds joy in history and astronomy, but he can still hold his own in a fight. His prized possession is a wolf skin cloak he got from saving his younger cousin, Kite, from a giant dire wolf when they were dragonettes.
