Made a piece for the MarcNath 2025 Zine! And of course, I had to find a way to make it X-Men adjacent, well you see, with Nath wielding those markers like Wolverine’s claws I just knew I had to reference Wolverine in some way. What’s an iconic cover with Wolverine on it? The first that came to mind was Days of Future Past, so here we are!

Guilt tripped myself into using some art supplies for once... I haven't done any proper traditional art in a while, but for some reason this last issue of Avengers Academy made me want to start the sketchbook i bought 3 years ago and had kept in a drawer ever since lol

anything to put off finishing the 4 or 5 digital illustration i have going on

also, this was my first time photographing my art (not only in years but) with my most recent phone... not sure if i quite grasp the setting yet...

Will say, avengers academy is the only thing currently bringing me joy. but hey, we did start as an Avengers Academy blog in 2016 (?) lol

I got a new job in October and it's kicking my butt and while i have done a bunch of art... I never got around to posting any of it cuz i got hit with a great deal of imposter syndrome... this piece isnt perfect either, but im trying to ease myself back into the mindset and post more again....
