Lucky random Free! lottery pull 🦈

So, I’ve been on a trip to China recently. In one of the stores I saw a poster with some Free! merch, which is a rare find in itself… the pic of two plushies and the price (69 RMB) made me want to buy this immediately! Of course, I did NOT know that this is a lottery and this was the first time I’ve seen such a system in general 🫥

So ofc I took the pic, went to the checkout and showed the lady that I wanted two of them. She checked me out and proceeded to get out the box… Still not fully understanding what’s happening, I take out two tickets as she said. I get a “2” and a “4” and get handed Rin; then, after some time, she finds me the acrylic stand as well.

So in the end, I was still lucky and got what I wanted?? I mean, Rin is my favourite, so I didn’t really need the Haru plush that much. And only later my friends explained the system to me and told me how lucky I was, lmao

I love the Arcana tarot deck, I really do, I love the gold trims and details and the size and everything… Not to mention the animalistic aspect!

But what really upsets me about it are the minor arcana 🥲 They… Lack illustrations? I mean, any meaningful ones. And it’s not bad, I understand that it’s really tough for the artists and stuff, but I’m just venting for a bit here. I would really love to use it in practice more often, but now it’s on my shelf more for decoration purposes
