How do you get that low resolution texture for your art pieces? Is it possible using mouse?

I'm not sure if this exactly answers your question, but I've been using a rough brush with no anti-aliasing and no pen pressure to get the sort of crunchy texture on the lines that I've been liking, which I think is something you could do with a mouse!

I've also been trying to use texture overlays in pieces more lately, which probably also helps!
