He answered with two questions of his own. I asked how that addressed his nitpicking. He then nitpicks more by saying that because i didn't use a question mark that i wasn't asking anything. He gave the definitions of accept and tolerate, saying they have different definitions, i rebutted by saying they impart the same meaning on the sentence, therefore he was still nitpicking and that his nitpicking had no ground.

I even addressed his comment that people have a right for their actions to be accepted as happening and not delegitimized. So maybe you need to work on your own comprehension.

In fact, for the week prior to implantation where the embryo is traveling down the Fallopian tube, this human being isn’t attached to the mother’s body and is nevertheless growing and developing rapidly, which is one more piece of evidence that this is a separate organism and an individual member of the human species, not a body part of the mother.

Bill’s argument is that if embryos are people, we should be suing mothers who have miscarriages. This makes absolutely no sense.

Who do you sue when a child dies of SIDS? Who do you sue when a child gets cancer?

Accidental and unintentional deaths happen. They are tragic, and should be prevented whenever possible. But they are just that - accidental, unintentional. We can even say, in this case, that the embryo who does not implant has died of natural causes. Who do we sue? Who do we imprison?

Absolutely nobody.

This is not a valid argument against the personhood of preborn human beings.

I do not think we should be flipping the hate/ugly comments onto light skinned women. Lets not blame them for what society has done because colorism was not developed from light or dark skinned black people. It is a spin off of white people being the “superior race” and so now we compare pretty/ beautiful to the closest thing to that which is light skinned people. I do not know how to do these things. I have a masters degree and I have no fucking clue how to operate a deep fryer or make coffee drinks. I’d probably not be very good at it, because that kind of hands-on, fast-paced work is very hard for me.

But thankfully, there are people who are good at it, so I can do my job, and they can do theirs, and we can benefit one another by putting our skills to use in different areas. People who work in fast food are not less deserving of comfort and security in their lives just because their skills aren’t valued like they should be. That is a myth developed to deprive people of rights.

My friend works as a medical assistant and I’ve worked at McDonald’s and Starbucks. You know there’s a lot of things you gotta learn in this typa job?

Like in addition to it being physically demanding (standing up for 4-6 hours straight, carrying heavy ice/coffee, constantly getting burned by boiling water and an oven, a lot of reaching and squatting (like a lot a lot I lost 40 FUCKING pounds in a year okay this job demands a lot from the body)), there are actual skills required. Also your skin splits from using so much antibacterial soap.

Do you know what temperature different foods have to be to prevent contamination? If it’s a “cold” or “hot” plate?? Do You know how long food can be out before bacterial contamination can happen?? Do you know the difference between say 1% and heavy whipping cream? Can you teach a chemistry class using milk????? That’s p much what you gotta learn to be able to do. My friend who works as a medic was surprised, because I do more in my day than they do, and THEY told me that. They were shocked how much I actually do; I am on my feet more, talking to more people, I have a working knowledge of food germs food born illnesses and chemistry, I gotta do the same shit with sterilizing my tools the same exact way a doctor sterilizes theirs. Etc etc.

If you can’t live off minimum wage, and you work 40 hours a week that is 100% your problem. Stop wasting your money, put a budget together and try harder. I find it incredibly hard to believe that you can’t live off minimum wage. 40 hours minimum is livable.

Lol how much do you get paid because me minimum wage is 7.25 and it also has to do with a persons bills, rent, utilities, groceries, gas, credit cards, hospitals, car note, insurance, health, dental.... phone, cable, wifi, can you imagine how much that can all cost.

7.25 x 40= 1160 (with out taxes taken out) Rent itself for a decent place can cost upwards of 800-1000 dollars, plus a 250 car note, 100-200 in utilities including cable, thats already over how much you are bringing in....

And none of that even includes fun things.
