Wonder Woman arrives at the Watchtower with a "little" Jason Todd cradled in her arms, fresh from Ethiopia and looking "sad-angry".
"That’s it! I am his mother now!"
Imagine an AU where Jason decides to spite Batman more than ever by *gasp!* asking for help.
To be fair, he doesn't start by asking for a hand. He asks Diana to use the Lasso of Truth to prove that Batman is an idiot. She asks for context and goes along with it.

My idea starts with the classic question, "How does Martha Kent cut young Clark's hair?"
She doesn't. Technically, Kryptonians don't have "hair". They have whiskers (alien's soft and shiny whiskers.)
Kryptonian hair is a type of whisker, a sensory organ that can "grow" or "retract." Shorter hairs are thicker. Females generally have a longer maximum hair length than males, but exceptions exist.
A Kryptonian can slightly modify the nature of their hair (making it more or less curly), but the color is fixed.
Because hair is a sensory organ, touching someone's hair is an intimate act between family members and lovers.
Under the effect of kryptonite, cutting a Kryptonian's hair is painful.
He has high sensitivity to light and sound, really strong special interests, and a very strong justice compass, among a lot of other things.
But Clark isn't autistic. He is Kryptonian.
I think he would feel guilty because the diagnosis helps him with his secret identity and to be more "himself" in public.
In fact, he masks more when he is Superman, the big, strong Superman, and not the awkward Kansas boy who Perry gives work-from-home time to so he isn't overwhelmed.
And he is, but he more often uses this time to save a city after an earthquake. And Clark feels "dirty" pretending to be autistic.
Now, with SuperBat, Bruce makes Clark realize that even if he isn't an autistic human, he has "special" needs too. Being a Kryptonian, he has sensory difficulties, he has difficulty connecting socially, and his brain is literally wired differently.
Basically, a story where being a Kryptonian isn't perfect. But Clark suffers from imposter syndrome regarding his difficulties because, for him, they are so minimal and he has so many "gifts" that he can't complain.
And Bruce tries to help, even though he is the first to not help himself.
If someone wants to write a 5+1 fanfic (for example) on this idea, please do so!
So I just watched a video on Instagram where Ryan Kelly reacted to the question, "Did you eat at a restaurant that is definitely a mafia front?"
I need to know if a fanfic exists with this concept for Jason Todd/Red Hood!
My headcanon: yes, he has a restaurant (and a bookstore, but this isn't the subject of this post...). The Bat-Family doesn't know... except Tim. Tim never says he knows about it, but he is a regular. The aunties Jason hires for the kitchen treat RedRobin like a cute stray cat (feral bird ?) who comes by from time to time to say hello at the back kitchen door.
When you transmigrate, the old soul becomes your system and is forbidden from revealing its identity.
Systems have access to modern references because they are literally plugged into their host's heads.
If a "System" succeeds in its objectives, it will be rewarded (reincarnation, rebirth, a wish, etc.).
As a result, there are major differences between the Shang Qinghua and Shen Yuan Systems.
(I'm considering that the two hosts can't see each other's Systems and therefore assume they are the same.)
Shen Yuan's System (Shen Jiu)
Shen Jiu is tougher and more inconsistent in his assistance—a real tsundere. He might let SY change the plot, but he will push certain plot points through out of anger toward this world and the characters in it. If he chooses to help, it's mainly by not intervening or by validating SY's loopholes.
Shang Qinghua's System (Original!SQH)
OgSQH was literally born a "system" in this universe. He is friendlier, even though his lack of human contact makes him less empathetic toward any character other than SQH. (He has no emotional connection with other people, unlike Shen Jiu).
In this AU, I think the possibility of killing Mobei-jun was not allowed, but he justified it as a way to save his "friend."
Perhaps someone has already written a fic with a similar idea? Any recommendations?
A little drawing of Mobei Jun, quickly made without polished technique. I don't have a fixed design in mind when I draw, and it's often a mix of all the fabulous artists I've seen and my feeling at the moment I draw.
When we talk about the northern nobles’ jealousy over the human Shang Quinghua’s position, we’re mainly referring to his relationship with Mobei-jun.
While SQH doesn’t oppose using his worldly knowledge to help his king manage the court, his approach shifts dramatically depending on the gender of his interlocutor.
The original story focuses primarily on Luo Binghe and his wives. This means that SQH’s intrapersonal knowledge is far more developed regarding the female members of the royal court than the male ones.
Yes, he’s aware of all the plots—he knows which ones will cause trouble and which won’t, on a broad scale. But above all, he knows the favorite gifts, personal preferences, histories, and struggles of each female court member.
What will bring a smile to one’s face? What matters most to another?
Imagine you’re a woman in the northern royal court. You encounter this unassuming advisor, who is the polar opposite of the classic, domineering male energy of the demons.
He always knows just what to say. He’ll bring you your favorite food when you need it most. He understands exactly what you want and how to make it happen.
And most importantly, he’s happy to gossip with you about your problems with your father, uncle, brother, or whoever—all while celebrating your achievements and reminding you how special you are (because, let’s face it, even the smallest bit of character development for women in harems is still more than most NPCs get).
And here’s the kicker: he’s not doing any of this to sleep with you!
(Some, whose low IQ prevented them from picking up on MJ’s very obvious signals, tried their luck. At best, SQH politely declined. At worst… let’s just say they fell into royal disgrace.)
I don’t know who the original author is or on which platform this was posted.
But this post features a princess who is cursed to die on her 16th birthday and who says, "So I’m going to die at 16 and not before… no matter what I do?"
And who then lives the most hardcore life possible because she was actually immortal up until the age of 16.
Now imagine Shang Qinghua in that scenario:
"Uh, System, I’m going to die by Mobei-jun in the future…"
System: [Yes! It is a canon event related to the SQH character.]
SQH: "…and there’s no other possible scenario?"
And if the answer was a yes…
SQH is hyper-stressed and cautious around Mobei-jun. Aka the only threat to his life.
But otherwise? SQH is the most reckless cultivator of his generation. He’ll charge into a burning house because "it’s the shortest path"
He is just the definition of YOLO.
On An Ding Peak, this is a well-known fact. Opinions range from admiration to sheer terror.
The other peaks simply don’t believe the rumors (SQH still acts pathetic most of the time—to avoid losing points for being OOC.)
…except for Mu Qingfang, who often wonders, "How the fuck are you still alive?!"
Shang QuingHua has a very permissive system that simply forbids him from saying he has transmigrated.
Before entering the sect, he goes to pick up Shen Jiu at the Qiu Manor "to help a friend."
They take the entrance exam together. Shen Qing Qiu, who hasn't learned to read properly yet or play music in a brothel, is taken to An Ding. Because he is hardworking.
Shang QingHua, wanting to justify that this is a mistake, panics, forgets that he is in the body of a 10-11-year-old, and shows far too much erudition for a child of his age. Thus, he is taken to Qing Jing Peak.
SQH: "I am an impostor!"
SQQ: "You know more things than you should and spend your free time writing novels. It will be fine."
Yue Qing Yuan: "Xiao Jiu, wouldn't you prefer a more reputable peak?"
SQQ: "Ge, I control the money."
Yue Qing Yuan: "Sorry, An Ding handles the budgets, but it's my peak that makes the decisions."
