UNPOPULAR OPINION: A lot of "mental health issues" disappear when bills are paid, rent is secure, and the fridge is full. Peace is expensive. And pretending money doesn't affect mental health is privilege.
I know this is kind of a hot take but I think creating a religious ethnostate is bad
I actually think it is still bad even if it is a religious ethnostate for a highly oppressed ethnicity and religion. I just don’t think it’s a good idea
Zionists keep showing up to say that Hamas wants to found a religious ethnostate like I did not just say that religious ethnostates are bad. I also think that some members of a certain ethnic and cultural group wanting to found a religious ethnostate is not justification for the genocide of an entire people. I also think genocide is very bad.
Have you tried or thought about fabric as a medium? Like sewing/knitting/crocheting.
Yes! Anybody who crochets please send recs for like a kit for beginners. I'm good with my hands so I feel like I'd eventually be really good at crocheting and it just seems like so much fun

Honestly, one of the many details about the cinematography of TOS that I find endearing, especially during S1-S2, is that it finds every eye color represented among the main cast just wildly attractive and is set on illuminating its vision at pretty much all times.
Blue eyes? ridiculously vibrant or piercing
Brown are fantastically rich and deep
And it definitely loves having hazel to work with:
Jerry Finnerman, the man you were <3
(Finnerman was the director of photography for S1, S2, and early S3 who basically defined the look of the show; he justifiably ragequit after making "The Empath" on a shoestring budget in the production chaos of early S3. He was also apparently a very kind person to the actors as human beings; Nichelle Nichols and William Shatner, in particular, both emphasized how talented and compassionate he was.)

You guys are always like "being crushed by 10,000 tons of rock probably feels good as hell" or "being torn to pieces by hunting dogs would low key fix me" and I feel like those things would actually be unpleasant.
How about "Drinking an ice cold strawberry milkshake probably feels good as hell". Do you guys like that one.
sometimes an american will be talking to you and they start throwing around numbers like 70 or 90 when talking about the weather and you just have to smile and nod

staring at the dessert menu and twirling my hair and going "should I be baaaaddd" until the autistic girl I'm eating with says "there is nothing bad about eating dessert. it is a morally neutral action"
