From my soul, I build you
Sculpted with calloused hands
Everything I can feasibly call myself
Poured into my art, as an offering to you
If I were the stars, I would beg you to be every sky
You would be every tree whose illustrious mane I thread
And the deepest chasm of pain within my soul
Is that our worlds have not yet collided
These galaxies, destined to crash into each other
But as these words are laid into eternity, so may they be written in the stars
May they remain as a prayer to Fate eternal
That She may keep our fates braided
And that someday, sooner or later
We will coalesce, unite as we deserve
As the wills supreme behold these words, so may their intent be fulfilled
We will live as twin souls, growing upward together
And for this time, I will wait
Because I know, without a shadow of a doubt
You will be worth my time
