Mirror Au
Mirrors begin reflecting different versions of each character.
At first they're delayed.
Then they're smiling.
Then they stop copying movements entirely.
Eventually, reflections start replacing people.
The replacements have violent tendencies, and try to lure others into the mirror world to trap them.
Mirrors connect to another world. In the other world thwre are these creatures named sanskers, which take the form of whoever is looking in a mirror. As the person looks in the mirror, their reflections change subtly until its unreconizable. Then the Sanskers take the person, trap them in the mirror world. The sanskers are volatile, violent creatures, even when taking on the appearence of others.
Each character is gonna be drawn 100% differently based on personality.
