First, let's talk about other times the MCU has had two variants, or alternative forms of the same person from different timelines meet each other.
We got the Steve Rogers vs Steve Rogers fight:
Now, if these two instead of fighting each other, decided to hold hands, that would be selfcest. Now, you might be thinking, "Wait, isn't Sylki selfcest then?" No. Steve Rogers traveled to an earlier version of him. They are the exact same person, just at different points in their lives. Steve went through this exact same scenario, and their paths are only different because the Endgame Time Travelers came.
Sylvie and Loki are not past or future versions of themselves. They never would have met if not for the TVA taking both of them from their timeline. They have had totally different experiences, led different lives, and their versions of Odin, Frigga, and possibly Thor, are totally different. Sylvie said that her family told her she was adopted, but Loki found out the secret in a far more tragic way.
Secondly, Sylvie and Loki are two totally different people biologically. They are both Lokis, and share a "temporal aura". That's what makes them both Gods and Goddesses of Mischief, but not the same Loki. Saying that Loki and Sylvie are biologically related, would be saying that they also have alligator DNA in them.
They are not the same person. They know this, it's why they got into a huge fight that ended up with Sylvie sending Loki back into an alternate TVA.
Thirdly, selfcest is a fictional concept. Yes, I know that the TVA and Lamentis-1 aren't real either, and they both have meaning. The issue here is that Sylki isn't selfcest, and using it as an argument to sink the ship is pointless.
It's perfectly fine not to ship Sylki, it's fine to ship Lokius or a different Loki ship, and it's also fine to not ship anything at all.
What's not fine, is attacking and harassing other people who ship Sylki based on the argument of "it's selfcest".
