So I’ve established that In Lie the second bed is empty, Hoseok is the only other person who has been associated with hospital beds (mama and run) Hoseok left him and that’s why he’s alone in every video. We see Hoseok leaving him in euphoria when they’re on the stairs and Jimin looks worried, Hoseok is leaving to stop Tae from killing his father but by doing so he leaves Jimin to suffer (butterfly effect). Jin went back in time to try and save Tae and Jungkook in turn saving Yoongi but no one has tired to save Jimin. In the highlight reels Hoseok leaves him again in order to help his girl but by doing that he leaves Jimin to suffer alone with his injured arm. Jimin is the one in run and in euphoria leading the pack trying to escape but even so we keep seeing him alone, often in situations where he has no control over his situation, like in blood sweat and tears he is blindfolded and bound, no power over himself. At the end of Spring day Jimin is the one to hang the shoes on the tree which symbolizes death. Is Jimin the one that doesn’t survive? Because Jimin’s pain is not a product of his own actions like it is in the case for the others. His pain is inflicted by those around him and by his own condition.
