New headcanon acquired
Kakyoin loves gathering information because he's a bit of a nerd who enjoys learning new things, sure... but what if he's so knowledgeable because he does research for fanzines? c'mon, he's an artistic dork, it is right up his alley.
Admittedly, this headcanon popped into my mind while I was working on my own, very self-indulgent fanfic and trying to do some research.
Now I know what tools archaeologists use and how they map excavation sites... but not what they pack up and take with them to the hotel versus what they leave behind for the next day... the exact thing I was trying to figure out.
Apparently, that kind of info isn’t readily available, probably because most people don’t really care about those details.
But I do. I care a lot, damn it.
