Every so often, I help a Norwegian bakery out with cake decorating...this one was a custom cake where the 10-year old girl instructed me on every detail, including that there was to be a brown dog and a white dog with both their tongues sticking out a little bit. :)
Saw a huge empty fish tank in my friend's mom's house, and then came back the next week to find it turned into a mint greenhouse! How creative!
Häagen Dazs does it way more fancy in China. I can't imagine how much that would cost. One small scoop of ice cream at this Haagen Dazs shop is already like $6.
Jack Daniels pear wood smoked barbecue pulled pork sandwich (complete with tangy coleslaw) and sweet potato fries. ~$8. Still looks a tiny bit Chinese, but man! The flavors are All-American! You're magical, Crab Daddy's.
This was an absolutely divine bowl of spicy ramen that had chunks of barbecue pork, bamboo shoots, soy sauce hard-boiled eggs and incredible broth. So good.
This sign says: "If you have troubles, find a volunteer; if you have time, be a volunteer."
If you bought five big packs of tissue, they gave you this little doll (also in a tissue dress) for free!
Stumbled upon a rather bizarre and wondrous show in a downtown plaza...it was a Finding Nemo-themed advertisement for a brand of facial tissue, complete with a magic show and a tissue dress fashion show??
It just needs an "is." And perhaps a different adjective.

The nachos place had ridiculously cute dinner plates.
Nothing says Chinese food like barbecue pulled pork nachos. I will be coming again, Crab Daddy's.

Happy Menu Chinglish: According to the Chinese characters, this should be “Chips Ahoy” milk tea...but the absence of the “chips” part makes me feel that the drink should be pirate-themed. :)
