That doesn’t work anymore either :/ I’m thinking when I had to stop taking my meds it affected how I sleep. I literally just lay in bed for hours tossing and turning.

(( I also recommend playing really mundane games, which will exhaust your eyes and bore you to sleep. That’s what I do when insomnia hits me, I jump onto single player Minecraft. I’m out like a light in an hour ))
