( A young Chomp was running around happily when he suddenly bumps onto Hunter's leg and falls back ) Oops!

The Chomp Growls Feeling a bump at the back of their leg. They Snap at Gus.

They growl with mighty anger. But Then soon realize what bumped into them.

They Immediately Calm down as they start to worry about the small Chomp pup in front of them.

They ask the chomp pup “Little Chomp, Are you alright? Where are your guardians? A Chomp as young as yourself shouldn’t be out without supervision.” They Say Concerned for the Chomp.

Flashback!

(( When Gus was taught how to fight back, many masters were amazed by the strength the small pup had and he was sold for very high prices ( each who gave him different names). At the age of 13, Gus started to rebel and refused commands. Purposely losing, not fighting back, and even to the point where he attacked his masters. This behavior made the other masters fear that he would encourage other Chomps to rebel too. He was finally given off to someone who knew nothing of Gus’s abilities and who also entered him to an illegal fighting arena in hopes of earning some coins. Where Gus did nothing but take the hits and lose. After losing, the last owner didn’t want to keep him, so they chained him to a tree and left.

Gus spent many weeks chained up until Hardy found him in very poor conditions.

Fun fact: Gus hates to fight. But if you manage to get him angry ( Why would you try to do that in the first place?? He’s a precious cinnamon roll! ) to the point where he shoves you and you shove back, his fighting instincts will kick in and he’ll be in a blind rage ( A-Am I allowed to say this? I mean he’s blind but blind rage is something els-*bricked*). ))

(( After Gus was sold off to another owner, they were only told that he was bred to be the perfect fighting Chomp. The new owner had no idea that he was blind ( The original owner never told in order to sell him faster). He was named ‘Rookie’ and was later entered to an illegal Chomp fight arena, thinking that the puppy was already trained to fight. Gus was still very young and didn’t know what to do. He immediately lost. He was lucky the champion went easy on him, seeing that Gus was just an innocent pup.

The new owner became infuriated when they found out about the pup’s blindness right after the fight. Gus was chained outside in their backyard and the next day he was sold to another clueless owner. ))
