A potential change to the blog

So, it’s pretty obvious that I’m not good at updating. Truth is, drawing is something that I’m very not good at doing consistently. But I love this au, and my characters, and I want to update.

So I thought of a possible compromise! I’d like to make this blog a fusion ask/writing blog. What I mean is that people can ask any character(s) questions like normal for drawn asks, but people can also ask me for writing prompts within the au! That way, when I don’t feel like drawing, I can have another option to get content out! But I don’t want to make a change that nobody wants.

So please respond to this post with what you’d like! A more regular posting schedule with both art and writing, or a less frequent just art blog!

I’m going for this! For my sanity, many questions that would be answered just by a character standing in the frame, I’ll answer with either a script style answer of the asked characters answers, or a small Drabble (depending on the ask of course!)

Any ask with art will be tagged with “soultalia ask art” and writing will be tagged with “soultalia ask writing” as well as “no art”

If you want your ask to be drawn, please specify! (And vice versa - just know drawings might take a looong time to come out!)

Feel free to send in asks! For now we have the main six, but I’ll introduce the whole cast little by little!

Woah, this is a really cool AU

Thank you! I’m actually had this idea for years, but I never had a clear story for it so I didn’t write anything for it. It was just recently that I realized that works perfectly for an ask blog! I can create the story with everyone!

Meet Rapier Meister Francis!

As extravagant as anyone can be, Francis loves to talk about how he’s been personally trained by Death himself. A perfect student, he fights for top of the class with Arthur while their partners, childhood best friends, look on with amusement. That is, until their meisters want them to transform and escalate the fight. Francis prides himself on his looks as well as his smarts, and almost always has a group of girls surrounding him.

Meet Trident Meister Arthur!

He came to the DWMA with high expectations riding on him - his older siblings have all attended the Academy and gained the three star ranking. His goal is to surpass his brothers, creating a Death Scythe and reaching a three star rank faster than any of them. He’s competing for top of the class with his rival, and fights alongside Madeline and Amelia on tough missions. His partner Michelle’s weapon form not only allows him to fight melee, but when he resonates with her he can use the gem fixed in the trident to control small amounts of water.

Meet Scythe Meister Madeline!

A one-star meister. Her and her sister Amelia are a well balanced team who have been practicing together since they were little. When Amelia’s weapon blood was first revealed, Maddie promised her sister that one day, she would make her the strongest Death Scythe possible, and she would get to fight alongside the God of Death himself.
