Rodimus claims I need to spend more time interacting with the crew in a more amicable manner. So he suggested I come on here and join those that waste their time answering foolish questions. And thus Whirl was asked to assist me in making this blog. Though I am regretting it already.. Now, that aside. Whilst I have joined this site, I am still the Duly Appointed Enforcer of the Tyrest Accord and I will not stand for any excessive foolishness or inappropriateness. I hope that is understood. So this here was essentially just an excuse to come vent my frustrations at you all. Don't get me wrong I'm loving all these little bits we get to find out about Magnus. Buuut. I think when it comes down to it I am going to just pretend nothing happened for the most part. Then when this little ark with Magnus is over in two months hopefully then find a way to work it in and use minimags.

SO YEAH. I'll probably come back  sometime in the near future :D))

So I am really considering getting back into this cause I miss being Magnus. Buuut I both lack the motivation to catch up on all the happenings I missed, and the ideas of how to work my Magnus back in while sticking with canon. At the very least a new MTMTE comes out soon so yay?

((Well now that I have both read the issues and stopped sobbing. I am just as lost on how to proceed as before! If not more so! There was a 50/50 chance of where they were going to go with this and they did neither.

So while I firmly believe that dear Magnus woke up while everyone was away and went off to get back to work, possibly writing up a memo for Rodimus about the stuff he broke my current status is still dubious. :/

Dead I could swing, alive, even better. Missing in action while being out of action I am not creative enough for this. :I

If there is one ting I have learned since we left Cybertron Cyclonus, is that you seem nearly incapable of holding a conversation without attempting to subtly antagonize the person to whom you are speaking. *grits his teeth slightly as Cyclonus once again tilts his badge before straightening it again.* You seem to have developed this fascination with my badge however. Thinking of getting one yourself?

And no it does not Cyclonus. Because even if you did know every law well enough, you will never be able to skirt the edges in a truly effective manner.

Perhaps you just haven’t been asking the right bots for their opinion on me.  I can actually be quite amiable, but it has to be a mutually granted disposition, I won’t be polite when I’m being treated otherwise. *shrugs lightly*  Mm, I’m not sure that red suites me, actually.  Perhaps if it came in purple…

Oh really? Tell me more about this 'mutually amicable' disposition of yours. I've seen quite a bit of evidence around in your interactions with other mechs that states otherwise but I am open to proof of otherwise.

Would not a purple badge on purple armor be rather difficult to see Cyclonus. Rather nulls the point of using a highly visible color.

*calmly brushes the hand tapping his badge away* I am not 'led about' by the laws Cyclonus. I merely live by them. I pay full attention to what is happening.

…This was definitely odd. Cyclonus should not be acting this way. The possibility that it was some sort of prank vaguely crossed his mind but Magnus cut it off. Cyclonus was not the type to try for pranks. At least he had thought he wasn’t. He waved slightly at Cyclonus’ patting as that was a bit.. unsettling, as was the smile he was getting. Magnus paused at Cyclonus’ next question however. Was he serious..? “No I am not going to arrest you. It was an accident. ..Are you certain you are feeling alright? You do not seem quite… Yourself.”

Cyclonus releases a relieved sigh at the Enforcer’s reply, “Oh, that’s good…”  He then blinks and tilts his helm, “I… don’t?  Well, I feel fine, honest…”  He gives yet another smile, this one a bit more open then the last, “You’re very kind to concern yourself with my well-being, Officer Magnus, but you needn’t worry about me.”

The red Seeker then perks up as he seems to have noticed something on Magnus’s armor—and proceeds to reach out and carefully straighten the Enforcer’s barely-tilted Autobot badge.

Every time Cyclonus opened his mouth this just got weirder. And even when he had it closed. Cyclonus was not one that should be smiling. It looked down right eerie with the holes in his faceplate. When Cyclonus reached out Magnus nearly took a step back on reflex to pretect his badge from further tampering but paused as Cyclonus actually straightened it instead. … Alright that did it. “… No, you are acting odd. Perhaps you should thin about paying a visit to Ratchet in the medibay.”

Cyclonus turns his reddish-orange helm to look up at Magnus, blue optics blinking before he laughs with a bright smile, “I think it’s you who’s acting strange, Officer Magnus, you seem quite bent on finding a reason to deem me as unwell!”  He gives a light pat to the straightened badge on Magnus’s armor before looking up at him again, “Oh, ah, I suppose since you’re here now… I was wondering, if it isn’t too much trouble…”

He suddenly becomes shy and perhaps even a bit wary as he glances about, fidgeting with his hands, “Well, I was just wondering if perhaps you would walk with me to the mess hall?  These hallways are so quiet and dark, and I’m… a bit scared that I may run into someone like Whirl…”  He glances up at the towering Enforcer.

Well if he wanted to continue to keeps up this ruse, Magnus wasn't going to stop him. He was not impersonating any one, or otherwise breaking any rules. "Fine, alright. You're fine."

Expression relaxing into his usual expression Magnus watched as Cyclonus fidgeted and... Asked him to escort him and keep him safe from Whirl. From the one who periodically tried to kill the insane copter. Okay. He's just not going to bother trying to make sense of this any longer. Best to just go along with it for the time being. He liked this Cyclonus better anyway. "..Alright. I will take you to the mess hall."

Cyclonus held his arms as he walked through the halls of the Lost Light, his helm lowered to hide his optics shyly from anyone he passes by along the way, his shoulders raised in a sheepish, guarded manner.  He’s been lucky so far in that he’s yet to run into Whirl, probably the scariest bot in the universe to him at the moment…

With his optics focused on the floor beneath his peds rather than what’s ahead of him, Cyclonus is caught off-guard as he turns a corner and accidentally walks into Magnus—and proceeds to release a startled yelp, “Oh!  I’m so sorry!  Did I hurt you??”  The mech’s blue optics flare in distress as he looks up at the towering mech, his face going a bit pale.

Magnus stepped back slightly as he is collided with, frowning slightly down at the bot. Straightening slightly he went to chide him for not watching where he was going but— it was Cyclonus. And he was red. And looking at him like a scared petro-rabbit. That was definitely… odd. Even his optics were blue now instead of his usual red.

Face taking on a slightly confused expression, Magnus almost missed Cyclonus’ question. Primus even his voice sounded different. “… No, I am fine. …Are you alright?”

Cyclonus was busy giving gentle, testing pats across Magnus’s arm and chest armor where he’d collided with the tall mech, checking to see if anything was damaged, and then looks up at the other’s question, “M-Me?  I’m—yes, I’m alright, thank you…”  He gives a small, almost sheepish smile, feeling a sense of contentment in knowing the other bot was concerned for him. 

“I’m terribly sorry, sir, I’m such a clutz, I wasn’t watching where I was headed…  Are you—going to arrest me?”  With such a silly question, it would seem that his level of intelligence has also… dropped a bit (maybe a lot).  He swallows and wrings his hands nervously, turning his large set of blue optics up towards Magnus as he awaits the other’s reply.

Honestly I'm surprised you do. Glad to hear that though. You've been alright, haven't you? I kinda worried that something might have happened cuz you were gone so long.

I have been fine. There was an influx of work that needed doing in relation to recent events so I did not have time to spend here is all.
