Jesaiah was dragging out a bag full of stuff when he saw Morgana with Zagan.

“Scarlett and Acontine can feed us, it’s fine. We have to wait for Coral to get Rose from King.” He paused before saying

“We know already what’s going on Zagan. I’m one of two endangered here…”

zagan nods his head as he looks at Jesaiah, his eyes full of care. Then he walking back into his room to finish packing.

Absinthe laughs nervously.

Zagan puts his hands behind his neck and casually looks at the young boy.

“Hey kid, do you like rose or something? sorry to burst your bubble but Morgana told me that Coral told Jes and then Jes told her then she told me that rose is taken…” He says blankly.

Absinthe looks away as his face straightens and the shine from his eyes go away.

“Okay, cool…..” He walks off to sit with Morgana.

“Hm….what’s this?” he opens the book

The book’s first page said “To my little flower Jesaiah.” It wasn’t in Jesaiah handwriting nor anyone in the house’s. On it was a small doodle of blue roses bush.

Zagan slowly turns the next page, a surge of sadness already coming over him…

“….” he says no words

The second page was in the same handwriting saying “February 25, Jesaiah of Hearts is born” In the picture was a baby in a blanket. You see a woman smiling down at the baby and two other boys. Underneath the boys, the person wrote “Darrell and Oumar are excited to meet you.” The father wasn’t in the scene at all.

“ I can’t believe that son of a bitch wasn’t even there for his birth….that was the least he could do..” Zagan grumbles as he turns to the next page

The next page had 3 pictures ; the first was a boy around five with him carrying a box of oranges excited. The caption was “Darrell with his garden work”

The second photo showed a man holding the four year old hands as the boy legs were in the air. “Uncle Jasper trying to help Oumar.”

The final photo showed the same woman with the baby asleep in her lap. A man was there in the background with another woman. “My flower and me… Ignore your father and his lady friend..”

Zagan furrowed his eyebrows in anger as he flipped to the next page…

Jesaiah was in the photo, though he was next to a girl. Morgana. Person wrote : “Jesaiah new friend is the princess of the neighborhooding kingdom” You saw Jasper close by Jesaiah watching him.

“Why does morgana always have her right eye covered….” he mumbles as he flips the page.

The picture was scribbled out. But you saw a woman arm bruised and the baby in her arms. The young boy was on her hip. The original message was scribbled out. The new one was “I am sorry your father add this..”

“hm…” zagan examines the picture for a good moment before turning the page

The three boys were in the photo with them on the table. Alric was in the photo with another woman. The woman was hugging the oldest. A different person handwriting said “Happy birthday to my oldest nephew. From Uncle Jazz”

“Bastard….” he quickly flips the page..

The caption was on top of this saying “I love my little flower and mom seem happy” A photo of Jesaiah in a old woman arms smiling as he grab onto her hair. Jasper was playing with the other boys. Alric wasn’t there once again.

“ He’s never there…ever….jesus I’m sorry jes…I wish I was there” Zagan sighs sadly.

The photos were old ones on this page. Showing a man and girl together on every single one of them. Mine and Alric wedding was written. However the girl didn’t seem happy in it. She was frowning and seem sad in her eyes.

“Who’s that….” he pondered as he flipped the page…

The next page held 8 birthday photos. 4 of them belong to Jesaiah showing all four of his birthdays. He looked very happy. Alric only showed up in one photo. His second. He was holding Jesaiah, though it didn’t he want to. Jasper appeared in 2 and didn’t again.

The other four belong to Oumar, and all of showing all of the brothers. Alric appeared never in any of the photos. Jasper was in two before never showing up again.

“What happened to the one kid…he’s not there in the last two…” he turned the page

A photo showing the woman asleep with all of little boys. Jesaiah cuddling to her side and next to him was Morgana asleep as well. A man was watching them and seem glad that they were okay.

What was written was “Our cuddle pile”

The photo was the oldest boy dancing with the youngest. The second boy was eating some fruits and amused by the dancing. “They are having fun while Alric is away.”

“That must have been a happy time since that asshole of a father was away….I’m so sorry you had to go through that jes…” he mumbles to himself. then he turns the page..

It showed Jesaiah with the woman again. She was dressed very nicely so was Jesaiah. It said “We are having our anniversary…” The woman seem sad even though she was smiling.

“You were so cute in your blue blazer and roses…” Was a comment about Jesaiah appearance.

The boys were in a field with Alric in this picture however, he was talking to another man and woman. The woman arm was visible, bruised up. The kids were playing in wheat and were covered in mud and dirt. “Our field day. How cute of my boys.” Never a comment of Alric.

Zagan just frowns as he flips the page…

“All of my babies.” It was a picture of all of them together. Though they all had a bruise on somewhere.

Zagan grumbles as he quickly turns the next page, not wanting to see that page any longer.

“cute...” he whispers as he wipes a stray tear from his eye as he flips the page

Memories

Zagan walks into Jesaiah’s bedroom, grabbing all his dirty clothing to clean. grabbing the clothes from under his bed, out comes a book.

“Hm….what’s this?” he opens the book

The book’s first page said “To my little flower Jesaiah.” It wasn’t in Jesaiah handwriting nor anyone in the house’s. On it was a small doodle of blue roses bush.

Zagan slowly turns the next page, a surge of sadness already coming over him…

“….” he says no words

The second page was in the same handwriting saying “February 25, Jesaiah of Hearts is born” In the picture was a baby in a blanket. You see a woman smiling down at the baby and two other boys. Underneath the boys, the person wrote “Darrell and Oumar are excited to meet you.” The father wasn’t in the scene at all.

“ I can’t believe that son of a bitch wasn’t even there for his birth….that was the least he could do..” Zagan grumbles as he turns to the next page

The next page had 3 pictures ; the first was a boy around five with him carrying a box of oranges excited. The caption was “Darrell with his garden work”

The second photo showed a man holding the four year old hands as the boy legs were in the air. “Uncle Jasper trying to help Oumar.”

The final photo showed the same woman with the baby asleep in her lap. A man was there in the background with another woman. “My flower and me… Ignore your father and his lady friend..”

Zagan furrowed his eyebrows in anger as he flipped to the next page…

“That bastard….” he continued on reading

Jesaiah was in the photo, though he was next to a girl. Morgana. Person wrote : “Jesaiah new friend is the princess of the neighborhooding kingdom” You saw Jasper close by Jesaiah watching him.

Alric wasn’t in the photo again.

Zagan softly laughs and then tilts his head to the side…

“Why does morgana always have her right eye covered….” he mumbles as he flips the page.

The picture was scribbled out. But you saw a woman arm bruised and the baby in her arms. The young boy was on her hip. The original message was scribbled out. The new one was “I am sorry your father add this..”

“hm…” zagan examines the picture for a good moment before turning the page

The three boys were in the photo with them on the table. Alric was in the photo with another woman. The woman was hugging the oldest. A different person handwriting said “Happy birthday to my oldest nephew. From Uncle Jazz”

“Bastard….” he quickly flips the page..

The caption was on top of this saying “I love my little flower and mom seem happy” A photo of Jesaiah in a old woman arms smiling as he grab onto her hair. Jasper was playing with the other boys. Alric wasn’t there once again.

“ He’s never there…ever….jesus I’m sorry jes…I wish I was there” Zagan sighs sadly.

The photos were old ones on this page. Showing a man and girl together on every single one of them. Mine and Alric wedding was written. However the girl didn’t seem happy in it. She was frowning and seem sad in her eyes.

“Who’s that….” he pondered as he flipped the page…

The next page held 8 birthday photos. 4 of them belong to Jesaiah showing all four of his birthdays. He looked very happy. Alric only showed up in one photo. His second. He was holding Jesaiah, though it didn’t he want to. Jasper appeared in 2 and didn’t again.

The other four belong to Oumar, and all of showing all of the brothers. Alric appeared never in any of the photos. Jasper was in two before never showing up again.

“What happened to the one kid…he’s not there in the last two…” he turned the page

A photo showing the woman asleep with all of little boys. Jesaiah cuddling to her side and next to him was Morgana asleep as well. A man was watching them and seem glad that they were okay.

What was written was “Our cuddle pile”

Zagan lightly smiles

“ I can’t believe I have these two as my children….” zagan sighs and repeats his action of turning the page…

The photo was the oldest boy dancing with the youngest. The second boy was eating some fruits and amused by the dancing. “They are having fun while Alric is away.”
