Glitch in the System is being cancelled but more is coming from SPG (other than the Ace Attorney content)

It's with a heavy heart that we have to announce this. It's not the kind of post anyone wants to make or the kind of news anyone wants to share, but I guess it was kind of inevitable.

I could say a lot about this, but the number one reason we've decided to stop working on Glitch on an official capacity is a lack of passion and motivation. Rather than churning out something forced just to finish it, we thought it would be best to end things. There were other factors involved, but we don't want to put the blame on anyone. Really, no one's at fault here. We all have lives and we grow and change as people.

We'll be releasing music and a full synopsis of the story as it was meant to end in the coming days. All artists who did work for this game are welcome to share art that was completed but not released.

Of course, if anyone wants to finish the game themselves, you're more than welcome to. We would be completely okay with that just so long as you contact us first.

That being said, Truth and Consequences is on track to be completed in the next couple years (with the fourth case releasing on March 13th of this year), so there will still be activity and releases here.

As for upcoming projects, there is an original visual novel in the works called Asphodel (running title) that is currently in the planning stage. Without going into too much detail, it's very much a love letter to Ace Attorney, Danganronpa, and related games. Of course, it will be its own thing and we intend to sell it on Steam once completed.

Still, we've had a great run and the love everyone's had for this project has been amazing. This has been an experience none of us will ever forget. And I hope you'll stick around to see what we do in the future. Thank you so much for giving us our start and for playing our games. <3
