How long did it take you to memorize the layout of the sewers?

Took about 6 months of livin down here to memorize the layout, wasn't till I lived here for 3 years till I got the hang of where was safe at any given time of the year

Wouldn't hurt to know where the sewers go too. Place is a damn maze but it's dark enough to lose just about anyone chasing ya, so long as you don't get lost yourself

How are things down in the sewers? Do you and your cohorts need extra food in these harsher times?

It's always difficult to find enough food for everyone, the folks with jobs do their part to get food when they have some to spare.

Right now the hardest thing is gettin the right stuff for Betsy. She had gotten herself a nice house and job but she got caught up in some bad business and now she's pregnant and homeless again. Poor hun is pretty far along, probably gonna have to find a good midwife soon. Lord knows she can't afford a hospital visit

How often to you interact with every day Gothamites without them even realizing they’re speaking to a member of Gotham’s elite rogue gallery? Or are you pretty recognizable, even without your Riddler attire?

Some of you may not know this as well as others, but there’s a certain something called “stage presence” that comes into play with scenarios like this.

It isn’t the domino and costume that makes a rogue recognizable (especially if you’ve had your plain face in the papers), it’s how you present yourself. Even Charlie Chaplin lost a lookalike contest, he came in third for looking like himself. I can easily interact with Gothamites as much as I like without them realizing who I am or what I do, when that’s what I’d prefer. But all it takes is an adjustment in posture, stance, and tone, and immediately the kid trying to mug you is begging for mercy before I’ve even mentioned riddles.

To make the point with a less than pleasant example, this acting method is why nobody knows who Batman is: he just can’t act like that out of costume, or he’d have been unmasked the second he stepped off his porch.
