2) is overly worried about her place in the world, after all, in the grand scheme of things she’s probably not really needed given the fact that anna summoned her into this world. she lowkey has imposter syndrome and thinks alfonse, sharena and anna do most of the important work. 

3) is kind of heart, but dumb of ass

Tesni’s high-key disappointed by how cool everyone looks because she feels dull in comparison. It’s the true reason she keeps her hood up unless she can’t avoid it.

“Yes, my strategies only work through a mixture of dumb luck and terrible twists of fate. Yes. It’s a miracle I’ve made it this long.”

“But in my defense, I broke my glasses so I can’t always see what’s going on.”

His eyes narrowed a bit at the short lass, rest his greatsword beside him. The fact she was sujesting such things brought a small, humerous smirk for a second, before he slam his blade deep in the ground before he corssed his arms. 

“Nether. Just pick some god and prey you’ll see them soon.” 

“Nice of you to give me a choice of god, I guess...”

An awkward chuckle left Tesni’s lips at the much taller man’s response, getting cleaved in two sounded like the most likely outcome in that situation. She didn’t have to be an amazing tactician to know that. Hoping that he hadn’t noticed her flinch when he slammed his blade into the ground, the petite summoner took a step back. So he’s tall and scary, the worst combo.

“Run away it is, got it!”

She held Emblagi in her hand. “I really don’t want to hurt you….Tesni.” She smiled.

“We could be really good friends!” She grinned, showing her fangs. The people in Embla dubbed her the Dragopire Summoner of Embla since she was half vampire and half dragon.

“I don’t want to hurt you either, I’m...not a big fan of the fighting thing,” she admitted, glancing away for a moment, sparring was one thing, self-defense was another and fighting for the sake of it was something Tesni hoped that she’d never have to do. 

“Ah! I’d like that,” the brunette smiled, noticing the other’s fanged mouth. So it’d appear that Embla’s summoner wasn’t from her world like she’d briefly hoped. Not that it mattered, none of her friends were from her world at the moment.

“Hey this might sound silly but uh...”

Now that she truly dwells on it, food seems like such an odd thing to talk to someone else from a different world about but it’s one thing she’s good at. Cooking. Though, she’s not bad at eating either. Still, it’s something a bit lighter than fighting, Tesni wasn’t exactly a fan of the fighting or trying to be a tactician when people with much more experience than her were around. 

“Did you cook at all in your world?”

Tesni’s loyalty to Askr partially comes from the fact she’s needed, she might not be the ideal Great Hero, in fact she’s sure she’s the opposite of what Anna expected. But being needed gives her a bit of a purpose, the attachment to everyone came soon after but if anyone were to ask Tesni why she stays it’s ‘because they need me’ and it’s nice to feel needed. It’s a bit selfish, but it’s also why she tries her best.

I have an urge to make a summonable Tesni verse, she’d potentially be a Summoner from a timeline similar to one of Thrasir and Lif where she made a deal with Hel instead, wielding a Breidablik corrupted by Angrboða that damages her after she attacks, possibly attacks by summoning a hero bereft of their soul who disappears afterwards. Her clothing would be black, she’d wear a mourning veil over her face at first, hiding her identity.  Generally more melancholy than she is shy, secretly loves to cook still and is soft af on the inside.

Tesni’s father, a man proud of his Welsh and Irish heritage cries every time someone shortens Tesni’s name to ‘Tezza’
