“…Am I making you paranoid?”, he asked without thinking, though he didn’t particularly want an answer either way.

He started to respond, only to hesitate a moment. “Troublemakers? What do you mean?–A-and I’ll be fine! You don’t need to check on me!”

“…No. Only concerned for your safety.” the knight responded, “I’ll continue to check on you regardless. Farewell for now.” He flew up high, and began to head back to his own universe. This was certainly going to be difficult. He hoped this Kirby would take his advice to heart, and take it easy from now on.

"But then why do you have to check on your Kirb--hey--!" He groaned unhappily, watching the knight leave. "...bye then...thanks for making sure I bleed out in the middle of the village..."

With that, he tromped off to the park, thoroughly annoyed.

“…I’ll try not to.” This Meta Knight…wasn’t from his universe, right? So where was he from? “And you do…”

“…For the record, the injury isn’t from the work, though. I just got attacked by an animal a while back…”

“…Very well… It may be best that I head to my own universe, now. I must make sure the Kirby in my world is alright. But I shall return more in the future. In order to check on… troublemakers… as well as make sure you do not overwork yourself more.” Meta Knight opened his wings, and started to hover above the ground, prepared to leave. If this Kirby had any questions, he better ask them now.

“…” He looked down, gently squeezing his arm a bit; a nervous habit, and an attempt to stop the bleeding, at least a bit.

“…A-alright, fine. A-and I’m on a break anyway…” The puffball bit his lip. “…b-but I just want to go get it healed again…” It was only a break. He was going to have to get back to work soon–whether Meta approved or not.

Meta Knight sighed. “Fine, but please, for your own sake, don’t overwork yourself. You shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble, to the point where you get severely injured. Do I make myself clear?” he asked, looking more concerned.

“B-but the villagers need my help!”, he protested feebly. He knew he was wrong, but he didn’t care…quite enough.

“That doesn’t answer how he knows, though! Is he spying on me!?”

Biting his lip, he tried to calm down. “I-I have some bandages at my house, but…” His arm would probably need stitches rather than a simple wrapping… “…I-I’d rather just get it healed again.”

“Look at it this way, Kirby: if your arm stops working, then how do you expect to help these foolish villagers? I’m not telling you to stop, I’m asking you to take it easy.” Meta Knight responded, holding his hand up to try and stop any further protests.

“Galacta Knight is not spying on you, trust me. The truth is far too complicated to say, but rest assured, he is not your enemy.”

A large amount of blood was flowing down his arm, all from the rather large injury that was slowly getting worse, despite having it healed multiple times.

Without a complete heal, it’d never matter. The arm would eventually give out.

Either way, the startled puffball hopped back a bit, not expecting Meta to come closer like that.

“I-I’m fine”, he assured, turning about as red as his injury, “I-I’ll just have Ma–y…friend heal it again.” He didn’t know how this knight would react to Magolor still being alive…and, frankly, didn’t want to risk it.

“I…wait, how does Galacta know what’s going on!?” Maybe Taranza was right in calling him a stalker…

“Kirby, you should give that arm a rest if you need someone to heal it multiple times.” the knight sighed. This was certainly a difficult case.

“Galacta Knight is… concerned for your well-being, as is everyone else. I assure you, this one means no harm. Now, we need to find something to wrap this wound up with. Do you know where we can find anything of the sort?”

Currently, Kirbs was finishing up his last delivery before his break…which had cause his arm wound to reopen for the hundredth time since he got it. He’d have to patch it up soon…

…Of course, hearing Meta, he gave a frustrated sigh and headed towards the voice, holding his injured arm a bit. “Yea, ‘m here! I’m also kinda busy at the moment!

Meta Knight’s eyes widened at the wound on Kirby’s arm, causing him to rush over toward the pink puffball. “Kirby? …I suppose this wound is from the work these lazy villagers have placed on you… I am sorry that our first meeting is over such a thing.” he sighed, forcing his eyes away from the wound.

"I should explain myself. I am Meta Knight from an alternate universe. I have beeen informed about what’s been happening by Galacta Knight. I want to ask of you to please be more cautious and careful of your health. This injury is not right."

Still laughing a bit, he gave a happy squeak at the head pats, and finally let go, backing off. “Hehe…See you later, then! Andmaybebringsomepuddingnexttime!”
