Honestly that word is ruined for me, though I apologize in advance if this made you uncomfortable in any way.

Do you miss your parent? Do holidays like mother and fathers day make you miss them?
I mean, I do miss them they were great folks, and mothers day is a little sore yeah so I should be thankful it only comes once a year and fathers day doesnt mean anything to me, but I try not to think about it or my family too much nowadays. Life has been stressful enough as it is lately.

It sure didnât feel like that. Having to see his siblings grow faster than he did, going through things faster than he did. They never belittled him or told him he was broken or a mess. That didnât stop him from figuring it out.
He was the runt.
The youngest and the weakest.
Everything about him was small and undeveloped, almost 23 and not even early signs of a normal growth in a swoopula his age.
Because it would never happen.
The only thing that he had that could grow normally was his hair, but it wasnât enough, he wasnât satisfied and he was angry. He didnât choose to be cursed this way and being coddled by his family because of it. They treated him with care, and he wasnât ungrateful but the behavior was patronizing at times and it drove him insane.
Why couldnât they just leave him to his own devices without someone asking if he was alright- like he was fragile and breakable.
Their wings were large and extraordinary and when they opened he was left in aw but they never flew, they never stretched them out, because they knew he would see. They knew the agony it brought to him. Their wings were reminders that he was the runt.
The one who would never attract another swoopula with such flawed genetics. The doll who would grab unwanted attention. The ageless runt who was pitied by his own family.
He had to work twice as hard to show them he was worth their respect. No matter what it took he would show them his body may be young but his mind and his feelings are not. That he could enjoy things the same as they did, that he could hunt the same as they did.
That he could find love the way they did.

It would never come to be.
He would continue to live in his prison of a body, and serve a tyrant. Having his weak body used for tasks that would surely kill him, over and over again.
His fragile bones broken over and over until it lost itâs fun, and what little meat he had given to her beastly âpetsâ of hers.
He was a cowardly prisoner, afraid to die and afraid to cease existing.
A prisoner of the body that would never age, never grow, and never die.

((in the incredibly rare case rosy finally bit the dust, heâd be a regular boo. there is no visible actual physical mark of his death but every so often he coughs up ectoplasm. Heâs actually pretty quiet, but its not because he hates talking to people or in general he just is always at a loss for words. He always seems to have his thoughts elsewhere, he doesnât seem to worry about the ectoplasm but it puzzles him.))
