So I have seen a lot of people posting that now that Sweets is dead, no one knows that Zack is innocent. However, in the episode ‘End in the Beginning’, which is a book that Brennan was writing, Vincent said to Zack “You are the type of moron who goes to jail for a murder he didn’t commit…” Now Brennan wrote that, so somehow she must know that Zack did not kill the lobbyist. So either Sweets told her or she just knew.
