Just who brought the fabulous and loved Danny Mahealani into this world?
Meet Lani. She was a bit of a wild child in her youth and she uses her history, both the good and the bad, to relate to troubled kids today. Working at the youth center has come in handy for not only her son, but her son’s former boyfriend. Jesse has pretty much the worst kind of childhood and now is a former drug user on top of it all. But with the help of the Mahealani’s, he’s gotten clean, gotten a sponsor, and now works alongside Lani at the Center. Oh, and what’s more? Lani’s gone toe to toe with Peter Hale without blinking. Gotta respect that.
If hacking is hereditary, Danny got it from his dad. It was Ke’s work that moved the Mahealani’s to Beacon Hills when Danny was six. All things considered, Ke’s taken the supernatural in stride - even the whole his son dating the antichrist thing. Doesn’t mean he’s keen on the whole teleportation passenger thing.
