I was tagged by @kazuaire. This is super late, sorry, but since I’m not doing anything for now decided to give it a shot.
Rules: 5 minutes of writing. No outlines, no editing. Just write. Then tag 10 writers to do the same.
He was awoken to the smell of eggs, bacon, and who knows what else but it smelled amazing.
“Uh, so let me paraphrase this as simply as possible, do excuse me. You got shit face drunk and started slurring about some guy named Luffy and how he’ll never notice you because you’re a needy little shit who would rather not admit to things. So I took you home after since you passed out in the middle of your ranting and gee, I was starting to actually get interested in the whole story, but you didn’t even let me know where you lived to call you a cab or something. I’m also assuming you stripped off your clothes in the middle of the night while sleeping—” He paused at seeing the dark wavy haired stranger gape like he was about to protest because who was this cheeky blond fucker who suddenly had the audacity to talk so casually to him?
“And to clear up any more thoughts, we didn’t have sex. I’m glad you at least kept your boxers on despite how comfortable you seemed, so breakfast?” The curly haired blond held out a plate of food that honestly made Ace’s stomach grumble.
Damn the bastard because screw his pride he was going to eat the food and he was going to like it! The other guy didn’t have to know.
Later that evening Ace headed to his normal seat at the bar once more, and plopped down, without taking in his surroundings.
“What may I get for you, sir?” A napkin was placed in front of him. Ace looked up, and saw a man with short curly blond hair and a scar on his face—wait…
“Beer? Wine? Never mind, you actually don’t seem the type for wine. Would you perhaps prefer a stiff drink or am I totally assuming? If I am do correct me if I’m wrong.”
“Where’s Marco?” Ace asked suspiciously, even though that really wasn’t what he wanted to ask. Marco was usually behind the bar at that time of night.
Whenever he showed up to the bar, he didn’t have to tell him what he wanted—it was already on the bar before he even sat down. “Is he ill or something? Did you take his job?” he tapped his fingers impatiently.
“No, he had somewhere to be this evening.” The blond blinked quite perplexed at the defensiveness because hey, he didn’t just take this guy home drunk last night and feed him a good breakfast, not at all. “But, I am here, and I am more than capable of filling your glass with whatever liquor, of your choosing.”
“I really don’t like you.”
HOLY SHIT I WAS ON A ROLL LMAOOO. Then again, I already wanted to write something like this and it came to my mind, I just didn’t expect to use these characters… oh well…
