FINAL GIRLS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN is a 10 minute slasher/incel horror short film that follows the titular Final Girl, as she grapples with the aftermath of the Masked Killer's attack on her high-school ball. Dragged into flashbacks in the hours following, she must keep a keen eye out for the news that she is finally safe.

leviticus (2026) is about how loving someone, especially when you’re closeted, means giving them all the tools with which to hurt and destroy you and leviticus (2026) is about perpetrator trauma and leviticus (2026) is about parents who love their children and enact horrific acts of violence on them nevertheless and leviticus (2026) is about sara ahmed’s ‘happy objects’ and how when a father says to his queer child “I want you to be happy” he means what he says but his concept of happiness is suffocating and cruel and leviticus (2026) is about how men are taught violence instead of tenderness and leviticus (2026) is about gay panic and the gay panic defence and leviticus (2026) is about how it doesn’t matter whether there’s actually a monster or if it’s just the boy you love or some bigot on the street or your own parents, the threat of violence is ever present and leviticus (2026) is about how they want us to be divided and they want us to be afraid

anyways!!! i drew entity naim reid from leviticus the way i picture him in my head

i did try to make him look scary, but the sorrowful doe eyes kept getting in the way. honestly, though, i’m not sure he would look frightening?

i also just watched obsession and aaahhh, i loved it i won't spoil but i can’t stop thinking about the more psychological kind of horror in entity naim (as opposed to how entity ryan might be more violent. entity ryan still tries to manipulate naim ofc, like he did by the screen door, but i feel like entity naim would do it even more).

i think the idea that the entities are not perfect copies of the people they mimic, but reflections of how the victim sees them, is interesting. they project your own perception of the person you desire back at you. the more you know someone, the better that becomes, the entity would have more memories and expectations to work with

so entity naim would behave like ryan believes naim behaves, mixed with the version of naim that ryan wants. if ryan sees him as guarded, vulnerable, difficult to read, and in need of love and care, then the entity would exaggerate all of that...
