I started working on this during my Christmas holidays and made some final touches to it today. I’m most likely going to continue revising it here and there, but here is the final product as of now. I hope that you all think that it honors the original German version! ^^; A huge thank you to Count Monsparkle for assisting me with the translations. Without their help, I probably would have interpreted important parts of the song incorrectly based solely off some of the confusing translations made by Google Translate. Also, I’m going to try to make a recording of this version within the next two days, so hopefully that’ll be up soon! Tony Awards 2k16

I spent virtually all of my afternoon and my entire evening watching the Tony Awards on CBS Access. Even though I was watching it online, it was still an amazing experience nevertheless. Before I was in theatre, the Tony Awards didn't mean much - if anything at all - to me. But now, I can empathize with each and every cast and crew member, whether they are being given an award or are talking about different aspects of bringing their show to to stage. I can relate to and share their feelings of excitement, appreciation, nervousness, determination, joy, and so on. Now I can say with much exuberance that tonight was one of the best events of my life, this summer, and this year. 

I am so, SO happy for the entire cast and crew of Hamilton. 11 Tony Awards!!! Each one was 100% earned and deserved. Not to mention they all KILLED it onstage tonight. I could barely stop screaming and/or laughing in delight every time anything and anyone involved with the show was shown, mentioned, talked about and awarded.

Also, I thought that it was incredibly respectful and decent of them to dedicate this year's Tony Awards to the victims of the Orlando mass shooting yesterday. I can't even begin to imagine what the families of those who were murdered and those who are injured are going through right now and will make sure to keep them in my prayers.
